They do not help people in order with he drive through.. waiting over 10 minutes in line is expected and the staff does not seem to know what they are doing. There needs to be new leadership at night because this place sucks

Today the line was long but that never discourages me at this location because the drive thru line is fast, food is hot and the customer service is excellent. The employees and management need to know they're doing a great job and should be acknowledged and rewarded! Keep up the exceptional work!
