  Literally the worst McDonald's in Killeen. Multiple times going to this place thinking that they would correct their mistakes. Every time you go thru the drive thru the orders are messed up or missing items. Order the Huntrix meal and was informed that they are out of the sauces and I was okay with an replacement sause. Come to find after I paid there was no fry seasoning. Great just paid for a overpriced 10 piece meal. The biggest complaint is how the happy meal comes with complimentary SPOILED MILK. Glad to know this place doesn't quality check their food. So be cautious of your food and double check your order because the workers are apparently not paid to do so.

  This morning, I ordered the $4 special. I noticed on my receipt that she did not ring me up for the correct thing. I asked the people at the next window about it. The guy tried to over talk me and the lady in green just shrugged her shoulders. So basically, no one knows anything about their job. Smh

  Worst McDonald's experience ever. At least 10 employees but had to order from a kiosk. Carry out only even though there was no one sitting at a table. Out of 14 tables, 7 were dirty. Got home to find a sloppy burger, cold fries, even the Coke tasted bad.

  Worst experience I've ever had at McDonald's. Had to order from a kiosk even though there were 10 employees there. Had to take out even though there was no one sitting at a table. There are 14 tables. 7 of them were dirty. Got home and the fries were cold even though we live 1 mile away. Even the coke tasted bad.

  McDonald’s – 109 E Rancier Ave, Killeen, TX 76541 On April 2nd at approximately 9:45 PM, I stopped by this McDonald’s to pick up an order and also purchased a meal for a homeless man nearby. Later, when I returned to pick up another order, I saw the same gentleman sitting on the floor outside the entrance eating the food I had just bought for him. I went inside and asked why he was sitting outside instead of being allowed to eat in the lobby. The manager responded, “We don’t allow dirty menaces to eat in the lobby,” while smiling and chuckling. I was honestly shocked and told him that it was upsetting and unnecessary, especially since the restaurant was completely empty at the time. He replied, “It’s the rules, I don’t make them.” It was heartbreaking to see someone forced to sit outside on the ground to eat a meal that was purchased inside the restaurant, especially when there were plenty of empty seats available. To the owner and corporate: Is this truly store policy, as the manager stated? Because if so, this experience was deeply disappointing and lacked basic compassion and humanity.
