  Went there today for my son’s birthday and it was the best experience I would say. Kayla was our waitress and she was super nice and very friendly and attentive towards my children. She made sure to check on us every time and also gave us a little chocolate cake for my son’s birthday. Then Marcus was such a life saver my phone was at 3% when we got there and I asked if I could please have my phone charged somewhere and he didn’t hesitate immediately said ‘ I got you babe’ that was very nice of him. He such a light he is so nice and energetic and very friendly. Nice experience honestly and also the food was delicious. I loved it. And the red bull drink was my favorite took two of them haha. 100/10 on this place.

  Today is 07/06/2026 and my wife and I came to DB to celebrate the US vs Belgium in Soccer at Killeen, TX. My wife and I in the past would celebrate birthdays and have date night at Dave and Busters. My wife and I arrived in our US Jersey's and had previously reserved a 6pm table and purchased one Chips and Salsa appetizer and two alcoholic drinks the Striker margarita and one red card margarita before 7pm. When we spoke to our server that we wanted to purchase the next round of drinks at 7pm as advertised on the Killeen Dave and Busters website for the $5 dollar drinks during the world soccer matches. We spoke to our server that we were here the United States vs Belgium match. Right at 7pm our server came back to our table to get our next order of Striker margarita and red card margarita. The server brought the itemized receipt, and I noticed that the two drinks ordered at 7pm were $13.99 and not $5 dollars as advertised. The server asked where I saw the promotion and I brought up the website on my cellphone. She acknowledged the promotion and then said she would have to get her manager to okay it. The manager came over and asked if there were any questions about the bill. I explained that the full price before 7pm was not an issue. However, the full price for two drinks after 7pm should have been $5 dollars as the promotion on the website. The manager said that he could not discount the bill. I paid the bill, left a 20% tip and my wife and I will no longer be coming back to any Dave and Busters.

  I love coming to Dave and busters to watch sports, so naturally I came to watch the USA World Cup game. I’ve never had a bad experience with Dave and busters but today it seemed as if my server just did not want to serve us. It took 5 minutes to get a water refill after asking multiple times and for the actual drinks we were waiting 10-15 minutes every time. We would look over to try and get our servers attention and she would be on her phone doing whatever she was doing. They were busy but not that busy the bartenders were working hard and had the drinks ready but she just never grabbed them. I hope the next time I get better service.

  wanted to try this place out since it has opened up, i decided to go with my coworkers after work today and HORRIBLE service. wish i could tell you about the food but we canceled it before it got to the table. first walked in , and went to the bar to get some drinks. my coworker ordered a dirty martini waited 20 minutes before they told us they didn’t have any olive juice. so instead she ordered a mojito and waited a few before being told they didn’t have any mint. so we decided to go somewhere else because we were being ignored the whole time we sat at the bar and it was not that busy. we asked the guy in a man bun if we can get our checks and tried to tell him the situation because we hate to complain and he ignored us , didn’t say anything , not one word. we got our checks he rudely dropped them off without a word or even a pen. we were able to talk to jaz about the situation and will only be back because of her , the short conversation we love jaz she was so understanding and we will only be coming back for her , didn’t get to try the games out because of how frustrating it was to get drinks but will be back just for her. shout out to jaz !!!!

  We went earlier today and I was with 2 of my friends who ordered a drink, my friends drink was supposed to have lime juice in it no one told us they were out till way after she got her drink and asked for more lime juice, my other friend ordered a dirty martini and 20 minutes later told out of olive juice, so she ordered a mojito to later be told they were out of mint, the. Apparently she found the olive juice and said they had some but her martini came with no olive juice, no olives even. We then asked for a refund on the food we didn’t get because we wanted to leave at this point. No one was attentive to us and barely even talked to us. Jaz was the only sweet lady at the bar who was apologizing abut the experience and convinced us to come back just to see her. We loved her! The other guy bartender with the bun was the one giving us a refund and was so rude no words or anything just threw the check at us and straight attitude. We are not like the ones to complain but sadly this was a bad experience.
