  This is our second time being here. Once again the food was delicious. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. It is loud to the point where it is hard to talk across a table. However, that's to be expected at a place with so many games and tvs. What I was not impressed with this time was our server. We had Monica who was knowledgeable on the menu and professional with her interactions. I was not happy with waiting for a drink refill while I watched her chat it up with the KPD cop at the hostess stand. My wife had to literally get up and go ask her for a refill of my drink. This was not professional in my mind. Everything else was great minus this one aspect. We will be back, just hope service improves.

  We came in tonight tired and stressed, and Alaysha honestly made the experience so much better. She checked on us without being overwhelming, kept our drinks filled, and was really patient the whole time. You can tell she actually cares about the customers instead of just rushing through tables. It’s hard to find genuinely kind servers these days, but she was amazing. Definitely hope we get her again next time we come to Dave & Buster’s

  We came in around 8pm yesterday and we were greeted by Marcus who was so kind and friendly! It was mine and my husband’s date night! We were seated quickly and Marcus was a wonderful sever who kept our drinks full and the food was brought out amazing! He explained the eat and play menu for us which was awesome as our previous servers haven’t done that. We did go play games and were a little disappointed at one claw machine as we won some tickets from it but the machine didn’t scan them before dropping the tickets back into the machine. But other than that we love coming here for date nights!

  Went to Dave and Busters this evening to celebrate a friend's daughter's birthday. Our waiter was amazing. Our food unfortunately was under cooked so we had to send our chicken wings back. Our other meal which was a chicken ceasar salad was absolutely old. The chicken tasted very stale and old. The replacement meal took forever to come out. To top it off, while playing games, my husband put his keys down to play a game. When he noticed they were missing which was pretty quickly on, the staff were completely unhelpful. They said there was nothing they could do about it. When asked if they could look at surveillance or ask if keys were turned in a lady shook her head no and just walked away like she could not be bothered. She said only GM could and good luck. This is absolutely ridiculous. Now we are out of several very important keys. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  Lindsay was EXCEPTIONAL. I loved her personality so much from being so personable to not being pushy when having alcohol options. She's so sweet and kind and I genuinely loved every second she came over and serviced us. I know she'll see this because she's in a competition with herself for compliments so lemme say this sista: - You were amazing! - You were so sweet to us from the jump. - You looked gorgeous, legend! - Your attention to detail while still being so amazing did not go unnoticed! Loved you lots, icon! 🤞😋💞💞💞💞💞
