He not only helped us with game malfunctions but he was just a fun loving and attentive person in the game space. He genuinely cared about people in the center having fun and enjoying the activities. Having someone around that looks and acts like they wanna be there makes all the difference! Thank you Jake “from State Farm” 😂

Whatever you need they are willing to help and assist you. Very kid friendly. The games are so fun. The bathrooms are clean. The staff always make you feel welcoming. Also this place be bumping during the games. The bar service is great too. They never have you waiting for anything. Idk if it’s possible but yall should definitely add trivia game night , r&b(any genre) night or karaoke events. I think that would be great .

Tennessee was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely made sure we were taken care of. You can tell when someone takes pride in their job and truly cares about the customer experience, and Tennessee definitely does. Great customer service can make a huge difference, and Tennessee went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. My Salmon wasn’t right but Tennessee made it right for me and fixed my meal. Forever thankful. Dave & Buster’s is lucky to have a manager like Tennessee on the team. I would definitely come back and recommend this location to others!

She turned our whole night into a good time. The only reason I ranked atmosphere 3/5 was just due to noise. It was just too much for a family before 9 pm. The manager did a fantastic job at making sure everything was perfect. Best drinks, good food, and excellent service. We loved it.
