I ordered a caramel apple cider a total of 3 times. The first time I ordered it, it was PERFECT. However, the last two times I went out of my own way to try and get it, it was watered down and unsavory. I even asked for an extra sweet caramel-ee apple-ee flavor, and I’m legit left with dissatisfaction again.

The baristas were super kind. They happily offered to remake my drink when I messed it up, which was very considerate of them to offer (considering it was my fault in the first place). I also appreciate the quiter atmosphere in the noisy mall. It's usually clean when I go there, and the smell of the coffee itself isn't too strong, which is great if you're sensitive to that sort of thing. Overall, great spot to chill

I went there on sep 17 Afternoon. Ordered a grande cappuccino and an double espresso. Brownhaired Girl gave me a cappuccino with double espresso in it. I told her i ordered two beverages. She said she thought it was one cappuccino with twice espresso. The girl didn’t even care to clear up the mistake. Brought us another cappuccino and charged us again. No sorry, no nothing. I liked going there, but not like this.

We are a group of ladies that knit here every Monday and Wednesday afternoons. On this particular day a worker had an emergency that left Aisjah working by herself. Aisjah did an awesome job working a long line and clearing the rush. She was very nice and asked us if there was anything we needed and apologize for the wait.

Lili was great, I had such a great experience here today. I wasn’t feeling well and had a sore throat, so I asked one of the girls working there what she would recommend. She was incredibly kind and caring and made me a hot ginger and turmeric drink that was exactly what I needed. She was very compassionate and genuinely seemed to care about how I was feeling. Amazing customer service and such a wonderful person. Thank you lili for making my day a little better!
