I had a great experience at the new Chipotle on Stan Schlueter Loop in Killeen. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, and my order was made exactly how I wanted it. The ingredients were fresh, portions were generous, and everything tasted excellent. It’s great to finally have a Chipotle in this area, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick, fresh, and satisfying meal!
The first 2 weeks of opening anytime we went it was the fresh great quality I'm use to from Chipotle. Now every time I go, it gets worse each time. I go at least twice a week. Today I was there when it opened so there was no reason for old brown guacamole if it was made fresh. Before that I went as soon as it opened &they were allegedly out of vingarette and couldn't make anymore for my salad. I quit getting burritos altogether bc they just throw them together &they're falling apart. Hopefully they'll get better bc us convenient to have one nearby vs driving to cove. Because the one in heights has declined as well

I was really excited about this location opening up since it’s much closer to my house than the Harker Heights one, but my last few visits have been absolutely abysmal.
A few visits ago, I waited in the "Chipotlane" for an entire hour just to get my food, all while watching employees stand around doing nothing to help the line move.
Tonight was the final straw. I ordered a kid's quesadilla through the Chipotlane, only to be told they were entirely out of cheese. The worker offered to do a "build-your-own" instead, so I asked for chicken, rice, and beans for my kid, who specifically wanted the chicken. When I got home, I discovered they completely left out the chicken—giving us just rice, beans, and two plain tortillas.
This is the last time I will ever come to this location. Save yourself the headache and just drive to the Harker Heights store. They actually give you good portions, get the order right, and give you what you actually paid for.

I’ve given this Chipotle three chances, and unfortunately each visit has had a different issue. At this point, it’s hard to tell whether the problem is poor management, chronic understaffing, or both.
On my first visit, I was given the wrong order.
On my second visit, I used the Chipotlane for a mobile pickup and ended up sitting behind one vehicle for over 12 minutes past my pickup time. Instead of holding up the entire line, the employee could have asked that customer to pull into a parking space and brought their order out when it was ready. Instead, everyone behind them was stuck waiting.
My third visit was during the lunch rush, and there wasn’t even an attendant working the Chipotlane. There was no communication, no direction, and no indication of what I was supposed to do, so I just waited a while until someone came after 5 minutes.
I understand that mistakes happen, but three visits with three different problems points to a bigger operational issue. This location either needs better management, more employees, or both. I hope things improve because this location has been consistently disappointing.
So this was my 2nd time to Chipotle and the girls on the line were no help and seemed annoyed if ur asking too many questions. Especially Corona instead of asking or helping me because I really didn't know what toppings I'm able to put on my burrito. It was like they both expected me to know but I didn't. I even apologized to them at a point and let them know this was only my 2nd time so I'm sorry for not knowing. The 1st my daughter was with me in Temple which they were awesome. Maybe they should train ur line team. The two girls serving were just not nice and when I got my meat which was half steak and half chicken she gave me like a teaspoon of steak and very little rice. Corona seemed to not like me asking for my sauces on the side. I even told her I'm stopping a few places before I go home so I didn't want my food to be soggy. I was really excited that we got one by my house but after those two being mean and annoyed I'd rather drive to Adams Chipotle in Temple. Again the young girl that was on cashier was soooooo nice. But corona and the other girl that was working the serving part at around 11am they both are gonna get ur establishment bad reviews or at least be there while they are working cause they need customer service training. So sad that all the new places these young generations (some) just act like we owe them something and treat our elderly dumb just because we have questions. I really wanted to be happy about this new Chipotle.
