    Unfortunately this is the WORST Chipotle I have ever been to. Was super excited because its literally right outside of my neighborhood. Ive been here 3 times already and all three times they served me like I was a toddler . Very small portions of everything! Im better off just driving to Harker Heights where they actually give you food. That drive up window is a joke as well.Picture attached is supposed to be double chicken lol

    Picked up food at pick up window, lady practically threw the bag at me…. My 2nd order… the kids meals were really sloppy and food all over the place and dirty. Put an empty cup in my bag instead of filling it with my drink, so i had to go inside and fill my cup. No silverware, no napkins. My sons quesadillas was smashed and stuck to the foil. My husband chipotle bowl barely had any food in it at all. I was excited cause this location is closer to my house. I will never order from here again… ill stick to the Cove location.

    Do not go here!! Tried it 3x this week. Mobile orders each time. 1st time: said 4:30 pick up time. Arrived 10 minutes later and order is not ready. I asked 3 different people about the status of my order. They all said they would look, and never did. However, multiple people doing random tasks when it’s clearly busy, or just standing around. The 4th time, she asks the back. The cook says they do not have my order. I show them my order confirmation and they said “I don’t know what to tell you, we don’t have it.” No offer to rectify. This was the family’s dinner before sports, and had to make alternative plans. I did speak with a manager later and they offered to remake my order. 2nd time: great; no issues 3rd time (today): I pick up my order with no issues. However, my son’s entire quesadilla was missing from a sealed bag. When I called, no one answered the phone. I called a few times after and they declined my calls each time. I tried to be graceful but this is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time!

    The new location in Killeen was awful. We showed up on Tuesday evening and the store was in complete chaos, as if the restaurant was a brand new concept and brand new to the States. It was that bad. The people in front, there were four, seemed to be taking orders from different people in line, one short, black girl with braids stood out because she had TWO bowls she was preparing, but somehow "lost" the customer and she started shouting, "Where'd she go? Where is the short girl that was just here? Where'd she go?" No one in line could seem to locate who she was speaking about. A lady in line behind us, who just stepped inside asked, "What's going on? It looks a mess in here." It looked a mess because the counter where the food was being prepared wasn't being wiped down at all. There was more diced onion on the counter than in the containers - the containers were visibly low, so low we were concerned that most of the customers in line wouldn't be served. Two guys in back, one just standing there, another washing something because he turned around and there were suds (?) up his arms. We were exhausted from running around and driving 19 hrs from NC to TX, so we were determined to just get our food and go. We left when the same girl yelled out, "We won't have white rice for another 10 minutes, at least!" My husband and I and the other lady that came in turned and left. That little girl, the one yelling, who also carries the spirit of chaos, chuckles and remarks, "Sorry, thank you for coming to Chipotle!" Neither of us responded or looked back. The team there needs to be wiped and you all need to start fresh. Never, in over 25 years, have I seen a store run so poorly. It wasn't enough to have poor service, or in our case, no service, but to NOT be greeted entering the store, then having your employee being a condescending assistant as her failure to make two bowls AND keep up with her customer, who probably left, was ridiculous. I've seen TWO people work Burger King because of staffing issues get orders out, while under pressure, with efficiency and expediency and great customer service. I've offered to help in both instances because they were determined to serve, and the customers were patient, others like myself left to give them a reprieve. This store was a mess, dirty, and a system where you should literally slide the bowl to the next person who adds the next set of ingredients was somehow turned into a horrible side show and you lost customers last night. We drove to Harker Heights to get three burrito bowls, and were in and out in less than 5 minutes.

    I have been here twice since the opening; I always eat at Chipotle, and this has been the rudest experience I’ve had. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt since they just opened, but it’s been about two weeks, and it’s still the same. The person at the cashier, Kimonia, was beyond rude. No hi or hello, talking with her hands because I was trying to say I did want a tortilla; I had a free chip on the app, just to get yelled at “we don’t have chips next." This behavior belongs in the back, not at the front cashier.
