- EGEsmeralda Guajardo1 day ago1.0I walked in and stood infront of the food line , no one acknowledged us, there was no customers in the store the lady at the counter looked up rolled her eyes and continued on her phone , after about 4-5 min walked up and just stood there didnt say a word so i just told her my order , the way she served those plates was disgusting , this was around 4 pm i wish i wouldve gotten her name . But anyways i was really excited to try this new location and i will rather drive to harker height than go back to this location

I have came here 4 times but today was my last… always out off all meat… you stand there waiting and they just stare at you. This chipotle needs help with real management and a new crew! With them out of everything all the time I’m surprised they are even still open…. I’m sure the owner will just send me some link to send my feedback instead of taking the time to read it and take accountability for his/her store! What a joke…

The employees seemed to be in no rush to prepare and serve the food. I tried the drive through out to see if it was any faster, and it was actually 10x slower. The purpose of mobile ordering is for food to be prepared upon arrival. There is no reason why I should be ordering my food at 7:45pm and not receiving it until 8:30pm. This is unacceptable, and I will never be returning to this location. Please don’t waste your time here. It is worth driving more out of your way to go to a quicker location.

As far as I can see the lobby is open til they close to order and take out….. I love chiplote but this location is just always out of protein and always yelling at each other. Very negative environment and I feel bad for the workers no management support. I will not be going back to this location I don’t recommend definitely go to the other ones:(

When he mentioned that he had asked for double, she insisted that she had put two scoops—even though we literally watched her put one. 😅 It was frustrating, especially with the way she responded when we tried to explain it. BUT shoutout to Ms. Sabrina! As soon as she came over, she was so kind, helpful, and professional. She immediately fixed the situation and even apologized on behalf of the other employee. Ms. Sabrina, you deserve a raise! 👏🏽 You completely turned the experience around and showed what great customer service looks like. Please recognize this woman! ❤️
