- RPRachel Perez6 days ago1.0If I could leave a zero I would. I placed a mobile order but the lines were ridiculous. I went inside and asked if I could pick it up inside instead. I was told absolutely and my order would be up shortly. I waited 30min with no food finally got someone to stop and talk to about it. Mgt order was given away and id have to wait another 15min to be remade. I was on my lunch break which is only an hour. I had to ask to cancel because I had to get back to work, hungry. No apologies were made and no offer to expedite my order.
- JJJulissa6 days ago1.0Today Aug 28 2026, we went through the drive thru for breakfast around 9:45. Today, they have a young lady training with another lady. I’m not sure why a manger didn’t send out another person to help handle the drive thru so that it could move more smoothly or kept the new employee inside during a rush hour time knowing that lunch will be served soon. By the time we ordered our food it was 10:30 in which the lady training the young lady said we would be the last car and that she told the car behind us that they would have to order lunch. She also got on her head set to make sure that we could still order. We wait another 15 mins for another employee to tell us that they refunded our order because we ordered at 10:30 and they stop breakfast at 10:30. Which to me doesn’t make sense when the employee specifically asked if we could still order and was told we could. Not only that at that point we’ve already been in line for an hour just to be told we’re not getting any food. My mother can also contest to this because she was the vehicle in front of us and we were on face time. I normally don’t come to this location or really eat chick fil a in general. But every time at this location. my order is missing something or the fries taste old and gritty. But my child is sick and wanted it so we said okay. But after this, I’m good. I will never be back at this location.

The entire breakfast was delicious! The amazing staff's reputation precedes them for their awesome southern hospitality! Will definitely be returning for more.

We live in northern Minnesota and never visited this Chick-fil-A ever. We contacted our card issuer and they said we would have to cancel our card, and they would reissue a new card. We didn’t want to do that, so they suggested we call the Chick-fil-A to have them remove this fraudulent charge. We called. First off, we got someone who could not help us but said we would have to speak to the manager or someone with authority and they were out until the following week. We called the next week and spoke to this person, finally. We gave them all the information listed on our credit card bill and they basically told us to pound sand unless we wanted to bring our card into them. It’s kind of interesting that they didn’t need our card to put the charge on our account in the first place but they need it to correct this fraudulent charge. Since it’s an 18-hour drive, we turned them down. So either we bought some unknown people dinner down there in Killeen or we dispute it and cancel our card and have a new one reissued. Thanks for your help, Chick-fil-A!
