  This place sucks with having orders ready at the projected time, just today, they lost a person's order, how the heck do you lose the order lol. Terrible service. If there were 0 stars I'd choose that for stupidity

  This is not really for the dine in. And I hope this gets the attention of the manager. Everytime we order on door dash and we spend about 3 bucks or more on extra sauce and it’s never in the order when it gets dropped off. Hopefully the manager can see this and have that department actually read what’s suppose to be in the order and actually look. I will not be ordering BWW anymore. This is just laziness

  Over all pretty crappy experience. I'm not one to usually leave reviews or complain however tonight kinda was disappointing. We came in about 5pm not bad got seated pretty quick my husband and I order two apps and I got a soda the queso looked like like it had been sitting in the same cup for hours my onion rings were fresh it seemed. We ordered our food hot 10 boneless wings each I got the Buffalo and my husband got the BBQ each with a side of fries. When our food finally came out it was all cold. Like it had been sitting on the counter for ages I could only eat two of my Buffalo wings and both were like fridge temp cold my husbands wings were cold as if left out as well. Our fries were also cold. It's disappointing as I was so excited for Buffalo wild wings only to spend 60 bucks on food I wouldn't dare give to someone. So now I'm sad and hungry

  3.5 🌟 The food was good, noy bad. The service provided was okay. Went for the bottomless appetizers but they don't give you the menu. You have to know about it and ask about it so they can go grab it for you. The place is okay not bad

  Honestly soooo disappointed. Nothing and I mean nothing is cheap these days so when I say $70 down the drain on absolute garbage you can imagine our disappointment. We didn’t even eat… we boxed our food and left. My husband and I took our 3 kids to this location to experience the bottomless appetizers we ordered two sets of the $9.99 deal for the appetizers, some fries, 20 wings, an order of loaded jumbo tots and 4 drinks. Our server was slower than a snail, our first set of two appetizers came out… 3 mozzarella sticks on each tray knowing there should be 6 on each since we doubled up. They were cold! Our wings came out a while after… cold!!! The tots shortly after also cold and then the fries.. old, hard and yep you guess it… COLD! I finally stopped another server where I flat out told him our server sucked. Our food was cold, and we never got the other set of appetizers. Irritated my husband said just bring us the bill and some boxes where we closed out our ticket and left. On the way out I informed the manager of our 15-20 minute visit that was absolute trash 🚮. The manager was quite nice but honestly didn’t do anything to fix the situation either, we all left hungry and disappointed as hell. That being said every single restaurant on central expy was packed from Chili’s to Rudy’s and the parking lot of Buffalo Wild Wings was empty… now we know why. We do not recommend, they need to shut down, and we will be making a complain to corporate as it was that awful!
