  I placed my order in the drive-thru, I had to repeat my order more then 3 time because she was repeating back a order that was nothing close to what I was ordering, then when I pulled up to receive my order, I double check that it was my order.....and it was not my order. She tells me that she gave my order to the vehicle that was in line in front of me and that I was holding the order to the vehicle that was in back of me. So now I had to wait for a new order. She gives me the order and still forgot part of it!!

  This is by far the best location! The food was fresh and hot, the sweet tea was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the entire experience was great from start to finish. I highly recommend this location and want to thank the amazing staff for their hard work and excellent service! Shoutout to the staff that was working 6-18-26 around 3:30-4:30. Thank you

  I initially came to this location and the door was locked before the posted time on the door. So I drove to order through the drive thru and when I tried to order, she was rude and said they didn’t have enough meat to make my sandwich! Also she did not like me questioning why the door was close before the posted time. If you want some Arby’s, I suggest you go to the other location like I did. The other location has excellent service and enough meat to make your sandwiches 🥪
