  I ordered my food at 1:15 for pick up at 2pm. I was late. The order was super cold. They must have made the sandwich when I ordered not for my pickup time. I asked for a hot sandwich and the woman said no. My rotisserie Chicken from HEB I had gotten an hour earlier was still hot. There is absolutely no way they made the sandwich for the pick up time.

  Staff was very friendly, came to check on how my meal was and offered their recommendations. Food came out quick. Resturaunt was super clean. Overall a great experience. The only issue I could find was the ketchup dispenser seems to be slightly broken. Other than that everything was great

  I’ve eaten at Arby’s for a long time and have always loved the food, which is why this experience caught me off guard. The cashier at the drive-thru window came up while chewing a large amount of food, to the point that their cheeks were puffed out while speaking to me. I’m not trying to be overly critical, but I do feel it’s common courtesy and more professional to avoid eating while actively serving customers. Hopefully this is something management can address, because I’ve otherwise always enjoyed coming here.
