  I usually do not post reviews, but I am a tad bit irritated tonight. Firstly, let me start by saying we live almost two towns away. This whataburger is the closest one to us. We go there at least once a month. We usually never have any issues. Tonight we did. Not with any of the employees. They were all very friendly, but with the food. We go through drive through, we order. It is a large order, because we have 7 people in our family. We get our food and drinks. We check to make sure we had everything. Which we did for the most part. I overlooked that one pack of fruit chews for our 5 kids were missing. I am thinking everything is fine. We get home pass out food, only to find out that our fries weren't even fully cooked. Every single one of us wasted our fries. Gross. The coke and Dr. Pepper my husband and I got were flat. The burgers tasted off. They did not taste like normal whataburger burgers. They tasted old and like the cheap patties you would buy from HEB or Walmart. We ate the burgers because we weren't driving all the way back. Like I said we don't even live in the same town. Also, we did not spend almost $70.00 just for the food to go fully to waste. Hopefully next time we go, everything will be back to normal.

  I genuinely don’t understand the issue I have had. It’s almost like it’s intentional. I’m not usually a fan of whataburger but when I’m in the mood it’s usually okay. But I swear the last 2-3 times I’ve gotten food from this location I have had a long blonde hair in my food. 1st time it was bag with my food. When I was pulling stuff out of my bag I noticed it. By that time I was already home so I just threw it away and chalked it up as a loss. The second time it was in my fries… I reach in and pull out what looks like a 7in blond hair that looks like it was legit tied around the fries. Holding two of them together. And then the worst of all this time. I’m halfway through a burger(not even mine they got my order wrong) but honestly I’ve never really let that bother me. Food is food. But I take a bite and I felt something tickle the roof of my mouth and sure enough stuck in between the cheese and the patty is HAIR! 0/10 experience I think I’m done with whataburger for a while. Also before yall think maybe it’s my hair… im bald soo definitely isn’t mine. Edit: my wife was craving whataburger again not even a week after I made this post. I order through the drive through get halfway home and told myself I should check the bag. You guessed it. They got the order wrong. Gave me two medium fries when my receipt says large fries and I’m straight up missing one of the burgers. This place actually just sucks.

  Very disappointed of Alvin. the over night manager starts with a S i assume Very nice lady Mess up on our order said we can come back any other day to get that meal again. I have experience working at Whataburger and never was taught this kind of behavior. At first he couldn’t print out a receipt and now my son couldn’t his meal. For my son having ADHD I made my fiance go to another Whataburger ! I won’t ever come here again
