  What is the point of ordering food and telling them exactly what you don't want when they put everything regardless what you told them. Nothing like getting a meal on the go and get to your destination to something you specifically talked to them about what you would like removed from the meal.

  I ordered a $6 smashburger meal. Took me 30 minutes to get my food. The order was wrong. Ended up getting a refund and leaving after 30 minutes.

  If I could give zero Stars I would. Went up there at 10:42 I was going to order a shake and an order of tater tots. I pulled up and parked in one of the spots push the button and waited for 8 minutes. I had seen two cars in the Drive-Thru when I pulled up so I decided to just go to the drive-thru i sat there for probably another 5 minutes. Finally pulled up to the building and got out and pushed the button on one of the things on their patio area where you can sit and eat no one ever answered me. So I went and knocked on the window the young man inside tried to ignore me at first and then finally came to the door. And asked me what do you want and I said well I've been sitting out here for almost 15 minutes either in one of the car bays or at the drive-thru trying to order food and nobody will take my order and he said what do you want me to do about it. Now I know the girl that had just taken the food out to the last car in the Drive-Thru saw me sitting there waiting to order but chose to go inside and never take my order. You know I'm sure the standards to work at Sonic aren't very high and these two people working there tonight couldn't meet those standards. It is sad. If I were the person that owns this Sonic I would be ashamed. Will never waste my time by going there again.
