Needs to be more like the ones in San Antonio. Coffee is great, absolutely needs to be ran more efficiently. Sat in line entirely too long when I ordered ahead.

We are used to the Dutch Bros in the Temple & Harker Heights areas. Service at this location was a little slow however the staff made up for it in upbeat personalities. The Golden Eagle is our go to favorite & it was delicious (after reminding them we ordered light ice & whipped topping). They didn't mind making the corrections & did so willingly.

I'm going to be the party pooper here. This is the third time that I have rolled around the corner to find a ridiculously large amount of people standing around this building. The second time I called support and they gave me a free drink, but they gave me crap about how they couldn't cancel drinks because they already started making them. But that is my problem, I pre-order through the app and when I get there 30-45 minutes later they haven't even started the drink yet I can only hope that a lot of other people are complaining too.

Bro, this coffee place is genuinely amazing. I get the "Mocha Dark Chocolate" Iced on the 32oz size every monday, and it NEVER disappoints me. I been doing this for months and they never fail. Please, this place deserves 5 stars!
