Delivery with our family, they haven't got an order right on the last SIX, yes SIX times! Food quality is really bad at this location and they are extremely inconsistent with toppings and care of preparation. Employees are rude, and have no idea what they are doing. Turnover here is extremely high just making things even worse. Bottom line is just go to the other location and get what you expect and order!

I placed my order at 8:22 PM through the Domino’s app and drove straight to the store, arriving around 8:40 PM. By 8:47 PM, BOTH the app and the in-store screen said my order was “READY.” After waiting behind another customer for about 3 minutes, I finally got to the counter around 8:50 PM… only to be told my pizza was NOT ready. At that point, the complete lack of communication, organization, and accountability became painfully obvious. I continued waiting… and waiting… and waiting. By 9:13 PM, I had been standing there so long my name had completely disappeared off the screen. I asked AGAIN where my food was, and somehow it STILL wasn’t ready. My order was finally handed to me at 9:27 PM — OVER AN HOUR after I placed it and FORTY MINUTES after your system falsely claimed it was ready. What makes this even worse is that one of the pizzas had apparently been sitting there for OVER 30 MINUTES while the other one was being remade, meaning by the time I finally got home, one pizza was practically cold while the other was fresh. So not only was the wait outrageous, the food quality suffered too. Meanwhile my pregnant wife was upset, hungry, and waiting on dinner, and I missed over an hour of the Spurs vs OKC game because of this disaster of an experience. The most unbelievable part? When I finally asked why it took so absurdly long, nobody apologized. Nobody showed urgency. Nobody acted like keeping a customer standing there for nearly an hour mattered at all. The explanation I was given was that the pizza had to be remade because an employee “only put 2 pepperonis on a pepperoni pizza.” Seriously? You expect customers to believe a pepperoni pizza was sent out with TWO pepperonis on it? Whether that excuse was real or not, it perfectly reflects the level of chaos, negligence, and incompetence I witnessed tonight. This wasn’t just a delay. It was a complete operational failure and one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had.

TWICE!!! The first time they sent a corrected pizza within 20-25 mins. Today, with the exact same mistakes I called them at 2:31pm to get another corrected pizza. As of 4:32pm we STILL have no "corrected" 12-inch pizza with the correct toppings ordered! We are INFURIATED with this location! We will never recommend this location! Most likely we will never give this Domino's location our business again. Far too many mistakes and very poor customer service over the phone. I called 5-times and was put on hold all 5-times then disconnected. 😡

I just order marinara sauce as a dip, because sometimes the pizza doesn’t have a lot of sauce. But it’s good, because tomorrow it won’t be soggy. Too much sauce, a soggy pizza later. But oh my gosh, this was so delicious!

She said there were more than 20, and she wasn't going to read them all to me. I replied, Okay, but how do I know what's available? With a snappy attitude, she huffed and puffed and started to read them. I simply decided not to order from there and went ahead and ordered through Door Dash Little Caesars. Update order tonight 9/22/2025 Domino's app is still horrible; thankfully, Grace was able to take my order over the phone, so I will be enjoying Domino's tonight.
