  My husband and myself stopped here today, in the late afternoon. He got the HungerBuster meal and I got the Kids Meal/Steak Fingers. Our food was very hot and fresh. We definitely enjoyed our stop!

  I just want to say if you want your restaurant to stay in business then you need to get rid of your employees that don't want to be there! Today, we went and we're getting lunch and the girl who was taking our order seemed to have become annoyed that she passed it to Brad. I get to the window and I get as close as I can hand her the money and she has an attitude because I can't reach that well first I have a torn rotor cuff and when she hands me the change she gets mad with attitude saying I need to get closer because she can't because she is pregnant well her being pregnant is NOT MY PROBLEM. I told her that my shoulder was messed up! then she proceeded to tell her coworkers and do you think that was a good thing NO! I WAITED THEN DECIDED I WANTED MY MONEY BACK AND NO.FOOD! I ask the other girl what her name was and she said Shauna or whatever she said . The girl acted like she was scared to give the name and I asked her who was the manager and who was in charge she didn't want to say til she said Brad. Well Brad let me tell you , you as a manager you need to be retrained you didn't ask why I wanted my money back you didn't try to figure out what the problem was you just took it as a loss maybe you should take your job as a loss since you're not doing your job correctly. The owners of this restaurant need to retrain their employees. They need to learn how to treat their customers because after all the customers are who are making your restaurant. And that pregnant girl she don't need to be working there if her being pregnant is getting in the way of doing her job she doesn't need to be working there I understand that everyone needs a job but if you're going to be making that as an excuse that you can't do something then you need to stop working there or anywhere for that matter because your attitude stinks and it stinks like a wet mop that's been sitting there for days whatever your problem with you don't bring it to work and you don't take it out on your customers and the Brad that was supposed to be a manager all I have to say for you is that you need to be retrained and that's for the owners you need to reevaluate your employees and see which ones need to actually be working there and which ones don't need to be working there.

  Went in for lunch, ordered two burgers and fries with drinks. Food was brought to the table with one order of fries missing. Employee stated, they're getting the missing fries ready. Finished the burgers sharing the small order of fries. While getting a refund for the missing, they were trying to take them to the table. Sorry bring it all at the same time.

  Food was cold there was a dead roach on the floor and the whole restaurant just felt grungy.
