  Got over charged for a huge cup of ice. On the app the cup of ice is .95 cents. And got charged 4.19 at the store. Got told that’s how they charge it there when I called. Also my drink didn’t taste the same as usual.. atm they said they’d have to talk to the GM to see what they can do to fix this.

  Marina H. the girl that was working charged me 4$ for a cup of ice and said it was a drink, & the matcha drink she made was disgusting. the night shift girls are wayy better.

  It's hit or miss, some days it good service others not so great, like setting in line for 5 minutes for the car in front to get a small jug of tea
