  I've had nothing but a good experience here. The staff attentive, the food is consistent, and the dining room is clean. There's a closer location to me but I went twice and the dining room was filthy didn't want to come back, so I come here.

  If you are on a diet this location is the place to go to. If you Uber eats or pick up they'll make sure won't pig out cuz you will not get everything you paid for. I've tried this location bout 5 times and I only remember 1 time getting everything I paid for. I guess they fired that one employee that took care of customers. The manager has to be telling the employees to short customers cuz it can't be that consistently bad 80% of the time right? Right?

  Worst location I’ve ever been to! Food was not fresh and the queso looks mushy and old the woman working the food also was the cashier and i pray she washed her hands ! I will never come back to this location !! Do better !!

  When I showed up at this location, there were no cars in the parking lot. I was sitting on the phone talking for several minutes before people arrived. I walk in and they have no staff manning the line. The cashier had to keep asking for line help. They are out of several items (Low on steak, no both chicken items. The staff working at this location in the early afternoon are not good. The don't listen to customer requests. They have other food items in the food items they have available (ex: Meat and lettuce in the cheese). I rarely go to this location because of previous issues and it appears they still dont care at this location.

  Have tried this location several times, but tonight was the last night of ever going to this location again! Walked out before even placing an order. Staff was making fun of costumers in drive thru to other staff members and everyone in the lobby could hear it. Also staff takes forever to get orders taken care of and are just as lazy as it can get. Didn't want to make food to the costumers order and saying they were out of several items just because they didn't feel like getting them from the back. Staff was openly flirting with each other while costumers were waiting. Tried other locations around the metroplex and never have come across a chipotle this bad. If you're reading this you better off picking any other place near by and save yourself the time wasting hassle.
