  I love this place! I come here once a week. The staff is very friendly, and I love that they still have a buffet, just like in the old days when I was a kid. I also love the classic, traditional look of the place—it reminds me of the Pizza Hut restaurants from the ’80s.

  Pathetic attempt at a Pizza Hut classic. Cool white light bulbs no one had in the 80s, no red vinyl booths, no pac man or vintage arcade machines, ugly tile floor, no napkins or silverware only plastic to go utensils. Really don’t understand the half way effort. If you’re going to do this do it right.

  Ordered over the phone for delivery received updates. My pizza was being cooked. Waited one hour got a phone call. Can I come pick up my pizza because they do not have a delivery driver I said no I drive an 18 wheeler. She hung up on me because I got angry called back and she asked me if I wanted to cancel the order. Obviously, that was the only choice I had the last time I was in the same hotel in Kennedy, Texas. I tried to order a pizza earlier in the afternoon and they said they did not Deliver 1.8 miles away from their location stay away from this place. They Are horrible at customer service

  First time at Pizza Hut in 3+ yrs and as a ex-AM of a pizza company (not Pizza Hut) never had to deal with something like this Extremely rude: 2 star Me and my partner came in after we placed an online order, and i decided to order a dessert cookie as soon as we came in. We waited and the woman kept saying I’ll be out-and we waited for 20-ish minutes now just for the cookie dessert while our main food was getting cold as we were waiting and she spoke up to us and called us over and said “we are actually out of the cookie but we can give you a chocolate brownie cookie it’s better than the cookie” and was very positive and said she’ll give it to us and not charge us extra..but after waiting that long it wasn’t worth waiting more and it was only me and my partner and we don’t really love things all chocolate. I was unsure and said I didn’t know and just asked “is there a way I can get a refund?” In the nicest way, Her smile instantly dropped and she opened the register and gave me 8$ and not the change i was also charged with and didn’t say a single word after that. Theres no communication on the employees end not one person said they were out. Extremely rude for no reason all because I asked for a refund.
