  My chicken tenders were burnt! Gave me mustard instead of honey mustard. Forgot my husband's sweet and low. Give me the wrong slush drink! Worst experience ever

  Menu option #1 use to be a barger fries ect. Now the smash or whatever is #1. When someone asks for number one you might just want to clarify you know cuz some people get the same thing every time say hey you know the number one is the smashburgers not a regular burger 🍔

  Ordered a grilled cheese for my son when I opened it immediately it didn’t look right plus it was so hard so I asked the carhop to ask if they can remake it. The manager comes out with attitude asking what was wrong with it I nicely said it just doesn’t look right maybe make it softer. The manager with dark hair comes out with the grilled cheese and this is what she brought me. It was gross and not what a sonic grilled cheese should look like. Crazy to be rude or upset over me asking for a remake for a simple grilled cheese. I worked at sonic it takes no effort to make them. Left feedback for this store on sonics website because that was so unnecessary and unprofessional.

  They are rude unprofessional and can't even get your order right still this is by far my worst experiance at any food place in my entire life no cheese no fritos on these fritos chiliee cheese wraps my larg 8pcs cheese stocks had only 5 and no ranch that I requested. Let's not talk about how I was there 20 mins befkre they were closed used the walk up order station pressed the red button they now say that both of them are out of order and cat spot #1 so the 3 i used out of all them do not work they kept canceling my red button calls neways very bad experiance
