  The food was hot, but everything was wrong besides the Ched R Peppers. Ordered the Super Sonic and it came with 3 half slices of bacon, no jalapenos, no sausage, barely any tomatoes and it wasn't even wrapped properly. The Ultimate Meat&Cheese we ordered had no cheese, no sausage, and a single piece of bacon. The car that had arrived and ordered 10 minutes after us got their food before we did as well. What the heck is going on here? Why did we pay $30 for this junk? We didn't want to have them remake it and wait another 20-30 minutes 🙄

  I arrived at 12:40 to pick up an order for delivery. I drove 10 minutes to get there, as I was in Mabank. No other customers where there at lunch time! I was able to drive right up to the driver thru window. Waited another 10 minutes for them to bring the order to the window! Meanwhile; a young man was eating in the drive thru window, and had the food hanging out of his mouth, while preparing a drink for himself. After driving 10 minutes to the store, I don't think it should take another 10 minutes to prepare 4 items, 1 being a drink. This is the worse Sonic I've ever been to.

  Look at these burritos. Do better. Lazy cooks. Roll it into a ball and give us barely any contents. It supposed to longer and spread out and have actual meat and cheese in it, not a ball of air.

  We had gone to sonic and order fopded waiting 20 mins to get food. then i get the order, no sides. Went around the circle to ask for the rest of the order. They did provide. So if they label as fast food be fast food. But our company will be going down the street. Thank you for your time.

  Sonic is great! But the girls at this location are slow and lazy, I placed a mobile order just for a large drink and the drive thru line had 6 cars. I didn’t get my drink until all the cars went through the drive thru and got their orders. Simple to make my drink and bring it out instead of taking orders after mine and completing them before mine.
