  I have read a lot of bad reviews on this location, but my experience was good. We ordered 5 drinks, 2 breakfast burritos, and a grilled cheese with bacon. Everything was fresh and hot. Drinks were good and service was quick.

  I’ve came to this particular store multiple times as it’s on the way to pick up my husband and my children like a snack on the way, as of late this is the LONGEST wait time I’ve ever seen at a sonic before. Today I ordered cheese sticks that’s it and waited over ten minutes to finally leave mind you there was a total of ONE car in the entire place. The last time I went it took over 20 minutes wait time and the staff never engaged with me at the window until someone FINALLY brought out my food. I’m assuming these poor people are under staffed and I’m not angry whatsoever just would like for the right person to see this and get them help… I looked back at the reviews and there’s been multiple over the past few months, you’d think ownership or higher management would have done something about this already but it seems not. The lady I called and spoke to was nice and had let me know her cook was in the bathroom and she was alone which I can understand but again there was only one car. That’s it.

  It takes forever to get an order out of this place. They are understaffed.

  Patio order kiosks both broken, no sign. Had to get people out of building to order, after standing around for a while at the kiosk. Not good experience.

  The food is horrible the cherry limeade always flat customer service is horrible and when you ask them to get something fixed they give you attitude and give you something much worse
