    I normally don’t leave negative reviews, especially because I understand customer service can be stressful, but my experience at Wingstop today was honestly disappointing. The employee listed as “Debanhi” on my ticket came across very rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. I was simply trying to place my order, and instead of basic friendliness or communication, I was met with blank stares and an attitude that immediately made me feel unwelcome. After I placed my order, I checked my receipt and realized it wasn’t entered correctly. When I politely went back to let her know, there was no apology or attempt at customer service whatsoever. Instead, she smirked, rolled her eyes, and looked over at another employee while they laughed and whispered to each other as if I was the problem for asking for my order to be fixed correctly. Mistakes happen, that’s not the issue. The issue is how customers are treated afterward. A simple “I’m sorry, let me fix that for you” would have completely changed the interaction. Instead, the behavior came off immature, unprofessional, and unnecessarily disrespectful. I’m not expecting perfection from fast food workers. I am expecting basic respect and professionalism. Hopefully management addresses the way customers are spoken to and treated, because nobody should feel mocked for politely correcting an order.

    The wings are usually good, but when I went to pick up my order this weekend it wasn't the best experience.. my order said " ready " on the screen but they when I asked they said they were waiting on a few things... So why mark it ready? I waited for about 20 minutes more for my order to be ready. The workers are pretty nice just the food takes forever,

    I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your location today. I ordered a 6-piece bone-in Hot Honey wings meal, and upon opening the container, I found that nearly half of the box was filled with grease. This made the food unappetizing and not up to the quality I have come to expect. When I called the store to report the issue, I was offered only a 15% discount and repeatedly told that I should have brought the order back for a remake. Unfortunately, I was on a 30-minute lunch break, and given that it takes me 15 minutes each way to reach the location, returning was not a realistic option. During the call, I was also told that there was a new employee and that what I was seeing was likely just extra butter mixture. However, what I received was clearly excessive grease, not simply sauce, and it significantly affected the quality of the meal. I later received a call from the manager on duty, whose tone I found unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, they continued to insist that I should have returned to the store, despite my explanation. This response felt dismissive and frustrating. I have visited this location before and have not had issues like this, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving both food quality and customer service.
