It was so hot outside, and before we even ordered, he offered us cups of water, which was such a thoughtful touch and really showed how much he cares about his customers. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and the ice cream was absolutely delicious! It’s rare to find service that makes such a lasting impression, but Krew definitely did. We’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend stopping by!

The turtle was ok but I liked my husband’s better lol I’m just going to have to have him order for me from now on and share lol
- RBrileigh bJun 30, 20263.0Ice cream was pretty yummy, but the employee helping me seemed very reluctant to reason and interact with customers. I ordered a milkshake, and while waiting for it, many others filled the line and had their orders fulfilled by another employee. When i received it, it was mostly milk and all the incorporations had sunk to the bottom. My friends and I were doing our best to be friendly, but were ignored and stared at. I hope it was a bad day and other customers are treated better considering the location and context of the business.
