  Had a great first time experience here. Food was great and our server Brandon was even better and the main character of our perfect dining experience. We hope this gets back to Brandon and he is recognized for his hospitality and welcoming conversation. We will be residing nearby through the end of the year and most definitely look forward to dining here again. Brandon..if you’re available; we’d love to do it again!

  If you go here ask for Katrina, she’s very informative & polite. She was an excellent waitress. The food was great, better than other Saltgrass places. I had the fried green beans, they were amazingly good. We got steak & it was very good & tasty. Will definitely go back.

  Saltgrass is our favorite go to steak restaurant. The food is always delicious and perfectly seasoned. Their staff are always pleasant and accommodating. The carrot cake is Devine.

  A big shoutout to our server, Nicole, who was amazing the entire time. Even with a table of 11 people, she handled everything smoothly, stayed friendly and attentive, and made sure we all had what we needed without missing a beat. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience with great food, outstanding service, and an awesome atmosphere right on the boardwalk. We’ll definitely be back!

  Ive never left a review before because I’ve worked in the service industry for a long time and I’m very understanding but my experience here was awful. We had reservations at 6pm, got sat in a section that was empty except for a decent sized party which our server was finishing up on (they had checks by the time we got sat) so a manger takes our drink order which is great no big deal. Another person brings our drinks and says our server will be with us shortly. At this point it’s 6:30, the big party is well gone and the server has still not stopped by or acknowledged us. Then now it’s 6:38 and we grab the manager to let him know we’ve not been helped. He takes our order and another person brings our appetizer. A table of two gets sat behinds us and the server goes to them first and gets them entirely situated before he decides to finally come to our table. At 6:52 this is the first time our server comes to the table. He’s does not even acknowledge the fact that he just ignored us for almost an entire hour. He brings our food and then when it’s time for the check he did offer us a free dessert so I agree and get it to go. A different manager brings me the dessert and as soon as it’s on the table I see the bag has legitimate foot prints on it, & food that was clearly on the floor stuck to the bag and ketchup on the handle. That was just the cherry on top. At this point I feel like our bill should’ve been at LEAST 20% comped. Not getting an order taken for about 40 minutes and having no server for almost an hour is actually ridiculous and as a server I would never think that’s okay or glaze over that. And then the managers not really seeming it necessary to make the situation better. This was our first time here and we were excited because it was for my birthday but instead of enjoying dinner we had to deal with this. The food was decent and the wine was good but the service and professionalism of this place was not it.
