Excellent visit. Views over the bay was nice. Service was excellent. The blackened seafood trio was a standout from the first bite. The swordfish was perfectly cooked firm, flaky, and packed with bold Cajun flavor without overpowering the fish itself. The scallops were buttery and tender, while the blackened shrimp added just the right amount of smoky spice. Everything rested on a bed of fluffy couscous that soaked up the rich, creamy sauce, tying every element together beautifully. Each bite delivered a balance of texture and flavor that kept me coming back for more. A well executed dish that was both comforting and refined, and one I'd gladly order again.
The food was good and fresh. The atmosphere was a great sitting inside being able to see the water was great and relaxing. The service was mediocre. The server tried taking the bill fold before I put my debit card inside like she was trying to rush me or something. I didn't appreciate that. Other than that situation everything else was great. The daytime Restaurant Manager needs to go a better job in her appearance. Walking around with stains in the back of her pants and about to sit a guest down in a dirty chair. Very unprofessional
Had to wait an hour just for the appetizer, we never got our drinks or food. The manager Sophie only apologized, no comp or discount. The waiter Garrett was cool but he didn't check on us even once after taking our order. The water girl never refilled our waters, I don't know what was up with that because she was refilling the water for white people. Overall terrible experience, needs more non racist staff.

Saturday June 27th was my 1st visit here and it was a perfect experience! Seated with a view of the water and served tasty cocktails and calamari to start! Our server Tina had a great personality and took care of our table with conviction! The jambalaya, Fried platter, and Fish & chips were plated well and made just right! We definitely enjoyed the vibe from start to finish! Then we were off to enjoy a Leisure tour of Kemah on a yacht! Great job staff! I will see you folks on the next round! Thank you for the experience!
After being seated it took over 15 minutes before a waitress came. We watched others that sat after us be waited on first. However, when our waitress arrived, she was tentative, polite, and kind.
Food- the fish is no longer real catfish like it the past. The crust was good was the good part. The shrimp were soggy in texture not a crispy crust texture. The fries tasted as if they were fried in old grease and they were a little too golden brown. The onion strings were delicious. I wish I had more of those. The stuff shrimp was good but not great. The stuffing could have been cooked a little more for a better blend to me.
The tater sauce and cocktail sauce was delicious. What topped the dinner off is the kindness of the waitress who gave us an ice cream and chocolate cookie dessert for celebrating 25 years of marriage. Oh, the garlic bread was served hot and it was good.
