If you have a disability please do not go to this restaurant they will refuse service to you. We were asked to leave because my daughter has a disability and had a true certified service dog. They need to go read the Disability act. This is discrimination and last I checked discrimination is illegal!.

My wife and I accompanied another friend that I was a couple we ordered four steak baskets four tacos onion rings and a triple meat cheeseburger dinner and so when we got some of our food we ordered the onion rings and we got fries we told them after the lady at the register the Caucasian lady told them specifically in front of us that we were ordering onion rings that are fries Ms Deborah longest onion rings and had a rude attitude and had a smart remark when she walked back was leaving to the register again but the other lady was very respectful and nice and cater to us and the cook in the back was not so good either we could hear him talking a loud of noise because he got the order wrong

Horrible, rude service!! Ordered chicken tender basket, was told it was an extra cost for any dipping sauces.. unless we traded in the gravy it came with. So we did, I'm not a big gravy fan. Good thing we had left over sauces from Chick Fil A! Dairy Queen can learn a lot from Chick Fil A and What A Burger, customer service and a little sauces! Plus my husband's burger was cold he had to microwave it when we got home. However the chicken tenders and fries were hot and decent. Won't be going back unless it's for blizzard... maybe. What A Burger has good shakes.. and friendly customer service.
