  Awful experience. Definitely not returning. Look forward to watching the fall of these over priced greedy fast food chains. Trying to nickle and dime you over condiments. Over priced cold food. Chik fila or Whataburger are the last few options left.

  Took and upsetting amount of time to receive food. The window did not even open for over ten minutes when we got there. No hello, or greetings, just asked for payment. Did not flip our blizzards…Very disappointed. To be fair, the blizzards and onion rings were phenomenal.

  Went to this Dairy Queen to get a s’mores blizzard as shown on the website, I looked it up to make sure they still had it since it’s for a limited time and they did, we get to the drive through the lady was very rude greeting us and claimed that s’mores was discontinued already… drove 4 minutes to the next location and that location had it.. the Kemah location is not up to date with their menu and staff is rude I recommend to drive the extra 4 minutes to the next location it is much better with much nicer staff!
