The food was amazing and Becky our server was spectacular. Will definitely be back to this location next time we are in town. Ask Becky if you come to eat at Bubba Gump
- FKFiona Kee5 days ago1.0We decided to give this place a try and the atmosphere was wonderful. The view was beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of our visit. We went on the Fourth of July so we completely understood that it was very busy. We waited about 30 minutes for our food, which was reasonable considering the holiday. Unfortunately the service was disappointing. Our server didn’t seem friendly and looked unhappy the entire time which made us feel unwelcome. As for the food the steak was much too salty for our taste. Surprisingly the rice was actually the best part of the meal and was delicious. Everything else was just average. Even though the service wasn’t great we still left an 18% tip because we understood how busy it was on the holiday and wanted to be respectful of the staff’s hard work. Overall we left a bit disappointed. The beautiful view and nice atmosphere couldn’t quite make up for the disappointing service and underwhelming food.

One of the dish was awful, and when I asked this question to the server, he came with the kitchen manager. First of all the tone of the manager was rude when she came to know I didn’t like the food, she said if you didn’t like why you ate it? This is how the dish was supposed to be made etc. she didn’t even say sorry, that you didn’t like our food, the manager came with the same tone and attitude while talking. This is not the way you should talk to customers in a hospitality business. I and my friends will never ever go to that restaurant again.

My grandkids had chicken fingers but they smelled like fish, my husband had mama's fried chicken and yes it smelled like fish he also had mashed potatoes that he did not like he said it tasted spoiled. I had the Ceasars salad with grilled chicken and it was good. I will go back again because the people were the best but I would suggest not frying chicken in the fish grease.
