I will never return to kemah again because of this its not what it use to be coming soon to kemah a charge to breath air lol

What’s even more concerning is that the receipt appears to have been reprinted and signed afterward. I’m disappointed because I had already left a cash tip, so I did not authorize an additional tip on my card. Definitely check your receipts and card transactions before leaving. I won’t be returning.

My family was spending a lot at the store and while we waited my kids were playing with the bath toy in shape of a boat (a 20cent rubber toy). My one year old put it in his mouth. But the attendant instead of calling it out. Waited while she watch and then told us we had to pay $10 for the rubber duck toy! I told her why didn’t she say something. I was distracted looking at what to buy. No she simply said we had to pay for the toy. And made up the price. Regardless we had already spent $400 worth of food and merch. But she still felt she needed to charge us for the 20 cent rubber toy. We didn’t want it. She could have thrown it away. We could wipe it with Clorox wipe. But her lack of customer service and empathy was greater. Avoid this place. Thieves.
