I would give 5 stars of the tables were bigger. It was me, my 6 year old and 2 teenagers. We barely had room for our drinks and food. The food was absolutely great. Not sure if u can see in the pictures how close our plates were. Oh, and the drinks slide off the table if they are more than 3 inches close to the edge. They really need bigger tables. That's the only complaint I have but it's also a complaint that would make me not want to come back if it's more than just 2 people.

My wife brought me here for my first time on our family vacation (she’s been here multiple times) and I loved it to the fullest. Our daughters were just ecstatic to feed the sting rays, and I loved how dinner was just up stairs. Our server Leo was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We made a reservation and once we checked in we were seated IMMEDIATELY (which is a huge satisfaction. All the staff was SUPER friendly. The 2 ladies down in the sting ray tank were so informative and gave us some awesome info and knowledge! Very very professional. Leo once again was a GREAT server and an awesome vibe to be around.

Dont bother making a reservation at this location. It is meaningless. My wife and I made reservations for 8:00am to enjoy the fireworks on the patio. Still waiting for my table at 8:30pm Meanwhile, there are 2 tables available on the patio. Even after speaking with a manager Angelica, zero sense of urgency from management. The manager proceeded lie to me about not having servers available. I then find out folks who did not even eat had taken the patio chairs to watch the fireworks. Restaurant staff did not want to be confrontational and ask them to return the chairs to the table so I could be seated. I had to ask them for the chairs back so my wife and I could seat ourselves for our reservation 50 minutes late. Make a reservation somewhere else that can actually reserve you a table.

We decided to eat here last night. We rarely visit the Kemah Boardwalk because we know it's a tourist destination, but we've eaten here before and were excited to bring our family back. For a Landry's restaurant in such a popular location, we were expecting a memorable experience. Instead, the first thing we noticed was the aquarium. The fish tanks were cloudy, and the large grouper appeared lethargic and unhealthy, which wasn't exactly the atmosphere we expected. Considering most entrees start around $20–25 and go up to nearly $50, with alcoholic drinks starting around $13–15, we expected much better quality and service. Unfortunately, the food wasn't worth the price. My husband's steak came out blue rare instead of the requested temperature. After waiting for our server to return, he had completely vanished, so I walked the steak over to a manager myself to explain the issue. It still took about 20 minutes for the corrected meal to come back. Our server appeared to be very new. We only saw him a handful of times throughout the meal and repeatedly found ourselves trying to locate him whenever we needed something. We asked for our party's bill to be split, but one check was brought instead. It took another 20 minutes to receive the corrected checks, and even then they were split incorrectly. To make matters worse, our $25 Landry's Reward wasn't applied, we were charged for a birthday ice cream that was supposed to be complimentary, and an automatic 18% gratuity was added to both checks for a party of five adults and one 2-year-old. Since our server had disappeared again, I had to take the checks to the manager at the bar myself to have everything corrected. That process took another 15 minutes. The manager corrected the reward, removed the birthday dessert charge, and agreed to remove the automatic gratuity from our check. I want to be clear that this isn't about avoiding a tip. I still tipped our server because I believe good service deserves to be rewarded. However, I tipped based on the service we actually received. I don't mind paying premium prices for a premium experience, but this simply wasn't one. Between the undercooked steak, an absent server, multiple billing errors, long waits, and having to involve a manager twice just to resolve basic issues, the experience didn't justify the price. I hope this was simply an off night, because the location itself has so much potential.

We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at the Aquarium Restaurant, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waiter, Rob. From the moment we were seated, he was warm, friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. He made us feel genuinely welcome, checked on us at just the right times without being intrusive, and ensured everything was perfect throughout our meal. Rob’s outstanding customer service, positive attitude, and attention to detail truly made our visit memorable. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in providing exceptional service. He is a real asset to the Aquarium Restaurant, and we will definitely be returning because of the amazing experience he gave us. Thank you, Rob, for making our evening so enjoyable. You deserve every bit of recognition for your phenomenal service!
