Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- JSJosette Smith1 day ago1.0Janie Salinas made it right. I appreciate her going out of her way to be kind and apologetic. Going from a 1 start to a 3. Pulled up to drive thru, nobody in line. Got my order taken. I paid. They gave me my drink and asked me to pull forward and too the right. So I did. Waiting like 10 minutes with multiple people passing me after getting their food. Someone eventually came and asked my name. Eventually my food came out and not a peep, not even an apology. No receipt even so I have no proof of purchase. 12:45pm 5/19.

Then when I got my card back, I said thank you, not a word. George brought me my food, friendly. The food was great, I don't come regularly but prefer Whataburger for fresh fast food burgers and fries. Kennedy was chattie with her fellow employees but I don't know what her problem was for customer service. I don't want a coupon or free food, but her attitude (non verbal communication) really sunk in with me to save the receipt and leave this feedback later.
