  Stopped by for breakfast. I've never left a review for a Whataburger before. I'm leaving this one because I hope this individual gets recognized. A man named Nathan was behind the front counter and his customer service was exceptional. From the way he took my order the way he dropped off my food telling me he hopes that I enjoy it. His kindness and his courtesy and his customer service would ensure that I would come back to this specific Whataburger time and time again. Obviously the food was good as well. It's Whataburger lol.

  We had an absolutely EXCELLENT experience with the Whataburger in Keller! At the very last minute, we decided we wanted Whataburger as the late-night snack for our niece's wedding. With less than 24 hours’ notice, we called and ordered 100 taquitos and 100 chicken biscuits — a pretty substantial order on very short notice! Stephanie, the store manager, and her entire crew were FANTASTIC. She called me back personally to confirm all of the details, offered to arrange delivery, and genuinely wanted to know if there was anything else she could do to help make things easier for us. When I arrived the next morning to pick everything up, the order was completely ready, packaged perfectly, and they had even put together all kinds of fun Whataburger swag for the wedding. Stephanie then followed up with a text afterward just to make sure everything had gone well. That level of friendliness, organization and customer service is so rare — especially with such a large, last-minute order. Stephanie truly went above and beyond, and I cannot say enough good things about her and her team. If you ever need a large catering order, I would not hesitate for one second to order from this Whataburger location. Stephanie is ON IT! Thank you for helping make our wedding weekend even more special!

  Cameron is the man! I just stopped here for the second time because of his and the team’s awesome service. Both times I stopped it was between 1-2 AM. Cameron took my order and greeted me with a smile at the window. I had my food in less than 5 minutes both times and it was FRESH! I will definitely be back

  Made the mistake of going here twice. Worst food I've ever had at a Whataburger! Had my wife try the Jalapeño Cheddar Biscuit with Sausage Egg and Cheese at a DIFFERENT location and she loved it. Went to this store and she said never again! Only warm item was the biscuit. Cheese was perfectly square and unmelted. Should have known when our food was ready in 2 minutes. I went back 1 week later and tried the Biscuits and gravy....and again, I was handed my food in 1.5 minutes. Biscuit was hard and compressed. I could not pull it apart and barely cut it with a metal knife at home. Will never visit this location again! July 21, 2026 8:17am. Order #571000.
