  Service getting slower and slower at this location! Used to be fast but now you can wait over 10 minutes to get just a drink not even during happy hour!

  For the last few months order ahead in the app hasn't been allowing for stall selection when arriving with just the instructions "to pick any stall and press the button" That would be fine if anyone answered the button presses. 8 presses timed out without a word. Twice I heard them answering empty stalls. I tried to call the number in the app only to get instantly hung up on 3 times without a word. After 25min of this I had to walk up to the window to get someone's attention to get the order I had been waiting to pick up. Naturally the food was cold by the time we got it and was told the slush machine had been down all day (would have been nice to know before we ordered as that was the whole reason for our visit). While it wasn't busy from car count, the staffing seemed stretched very thin, management needs to do far better. The staff inside were just trying to hang on.

  We waited about 10 minutes for them to answer the original button. Then probably another 15 to get our food. Which was wrong. Then when two drinks were ordered they brought one straw. ONE. when we asked for another they never came back. We waited another 10 minutes then finally left. Only after we left did we figure out our order was wrong and we were running late for what we had to do next. I will not be back.

  We were missing part of our order. When we came back to let them know we had to activate the button 3 times before anyone would answer. Just to be told they were out of what was missing. No apology or any concern. We also ordered a sonic burger with cheese which apparently is now the size of a jr burger. It may have actually been the jr burger that we received but it definitely wasn’t worth going back to ask. Judging by all of the negative reviews below, poor service and poor food quality is the norm at this location. The owner responds, yet nothing changes.
