  Disappointed! Took kids and grandson to get ice cream. Waited 30 minutes, pressed botton again and their response was oh! Waited another 30 minutes pressed button 2 more times and never received an answer or our ice cream! Terrible service. We left!

  Wife's burger was cold, speaker emitted a shrill scream every time they activated it, red button had to be repeatedly pressed and would frequently be deactivated with no response, they forgot items and took 10+ minutes to even respond, card reader did not work and flipped to "cash", server's demeanor changed immediately when she realized we had to use a card. But hey! Without us asking, they offered up a "free drink." Said "free drink" was a coupon for a 99 cent large drink. It expired 2 years ago.

  Genuinely amazed by Griffin's customer service. Was very informative and helpful! Definitely would come back again 10/10 :)

  We ordered 3 burgers, 1 came without lettuce, onion And tomatoes, just pickles. We ordered Onion Rings, they were so overcooked, they were almost burned and uneatable. All this was discovered after we got home as this was a to go order. I tried calling multiple times but no one picked up the phone.

  Placed app order on 7/19. Went to location to pickup order and location was closed. This was lunch time. Manager Jose sitting out at the table said the order would cancel and a refund would be given. That did not happen. Tried calling store next day no answer. Contact corporate care team and they sent email to GM and said GM would be in contact. Over a week later, no contact and no resolution. Terrible experience. I gave them the opportunity and plenty of time to resolve with no luck. No I have to dispute charges with my bank.
