  Supposed to have Hello kitty with kids meal, we got a different toy , My Daughter was Crushed, The Onion Rings which we used to love seemed to have been cooked in Old Oil & they were overcooked, & we weren't given any of our Sauces

  The staff doesn’t appear to want to work at all. Not friendly. They don’t know how to upsell or package into combos. The food is never hot. Our burger was semi warm and tater tots cold. It’s as if they give left over food. Not going back.

  i wish i could leave negative stars. sonic has gone down hill but this location is even worse. I only ordered two drinks and I waited 17 minutes until someone even came outside. Horrible Service. HORRIBLE hospitality

  30 minutes for a water, a dirty Dr. Pepper, a horchata sluch and a cup of ice 🙃🙃. Also didn't get the receipt; I'm sure it's because they didn't want us to do the survey.

  I went to get some drinks and snacks, opened the app and to my surprise sonic had made an update to rewards and deals. I wanted to use the always available 1/2 price drinks anytime but could not find it. I proceeded through the drive thru to order my drink and asked about this change at the window only to be told, "we don't do anything with the app", then have the window shut on me without any further assistance.
