  The managers are always rude on top of that. I think they might have a rat infestation the last 3 times that I went. I have noticed after I take the lid off that there’s chunks of my cup missing at the top you can’t really see them with the lid on then my son pointed out today that there’s claw marks on the inside of the cups and little bitty pieces missing out the inside. I have seen rats outside of the establishment, but there’s three different restaurants there so it’s kinda hard to tell where they’re coming from at first, I thought possibly it was just them maybe accidentally breaking them while trying to pull them out of the cupholders but no, I’m convinced it’s rats now.

  Took them 27 minutes to get me my food. I ordered three items, a soda, hamburger, and a small fry.
