  The speaker wasn't working properly so at first we tried repeating ourselves about 5 times, then finally someone came out to take our order. (She wasn't that nice, either) We waited at least 20 mins for 2 slushes and 2 burgers. We watched at least 8 cars go through the drive through. It was a disappointing experience.

  The "$7 Big Deal Meal" literally cost $8 plus tax. That doesn't feel right.

  I waited over 17 minutes on three drinks yesterday, they weren’t anything difficult just very simple drinks. This is not the first time I have been this location where the service has been poor but I figured I would be fair and try again, lesson learned

  They made a mistake on my order.. when I returned my order and asked for the correct item and for my payment to be corrected to the right amount, they said they could not correct it. So the right thing to do would be to give me some tater tots along with my order to make up for the 1.50 but no.. they couldn't even give me any tater tots. I'll never be back. I order from here 2-3 times a week but now I'll take my business elsewhere. Lousy customer service. Thank for ruining my already sucky birthday.

  I chose to go through the drive thru. They do not have indoor seating that I could tell. I know they had drive up bays and few outdoor tables that were under an awning. The young lady at the window was very courteous. Helped me order my first smash burger which was very good and still warm when I got home. She was so sweet even giving my little dogs milk bones.
