  This is one of my favorite places. But, I can honestly say I will not step Foot in this particular franchise location ever again. 3% SURCHARGE for paying with a card?! Horse hockey. Don’t penalize me for paying the way the rest of the free world pays for goods/services. If anything, raise your prices 3% fir everything and install a 3% DISCOUNT for cash transactions. There’s a Modern Pizza down the road and another Pie Five in Euless. But, I’m done here unless this policy is rescinded.

  Misleading prices. I ordered a "whatever I want (unlimited toppings)" thats marked $11.99 and was charged $14.98 a whopping 25% increase in price!! Not really sure why this wasnt communicated, looks to be for extra cheese. Not really sure why additional costs and upcharges are added to "whatever you want" Still tipped because its not the kids fault who is working, hopefully they fully tip out there workers instead of keeping some of it... The pizza was hot and ready fast, looks and tastes delicious. Had a hair in the crust. Was testing out this place during work lunch to see if I should introduce the kids to it. Not going to due to the misleading prices although. Upcharges should be clearly marked or communicated. Soap Dispenser is broken, bathroom dirty.

  This was the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experience from a so-called owner of a company. The counter was filthy and pizza dough looked disgusting. How about putting more energy into the lack of customer service and keeping the place clean. So, nope didn’t even want the pizza, she was just plain trifling.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars Pie Five is a great place to get pizza! I like that you can choose your own crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings to make your pizza exactly how you want it. The pizza is cooked quickly and comes out hot and fresh. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. The ingredients taste fresh, and there are lots of options for everyone. I would definitely recommend Pie Five to anyone who loves pizza and wants a fast, delicious meal. 🍕😋
