  The food tastes like Whataburger if you can get it hot. The employees are very friendly but there was a manager standing at a register……standing Then a manager walked past me and if I hadn’t stepped aside she would have just flat pushed me to the side. Cars were wrapped around the building and there was a line building a line up inside. The employees were working hard and were friendly…..management at this location just will stand there and do nothing or they are the ones with an extremely rude attitude. And this isn’t the first time this situation has happened. It’s really almost worth driving to Terrell or Seagoville so NOT to watch this type of management

  This establishment is a franchise is what I'm told that justifying why they don't honor whataburger standard prices So any franchise location including this location can decide to charge you more than they did before and vegetables on the side and other side items that are normally free or less charge as always,,, You can end up getting charged $5 to $10 more than you paid for the same exact order than one day to a week ago when you came as it's to their discretion and apparently they've and been charging variable register totals followed with distasteful experience of a wrongful charge an not making it right meanwhile ,,, other whataburger establishment's all over Dallas and many surrounding cities who honor the same one going older lower prices they've always been consistent with same lower prices as in free veggies and other low priced sides treating customers fair and honest and good relations The same exact order at this location in Dallas and surrounding cities is usually $9 & some change This establishment was $17 Which was almost double The people who work here were great but struggle following instructions under broken authority and broken standards they're dealing with broken management policies affecting fair consistent prices and customer expectations not following standards of other whataburgers that have always met consumers expectations of whataburger's everywhere else for many decades have always done for excellence Franchise whataburger needs better leadership and policy that allows management to honor corporate whataburger excellence in standards as always been known for
