  I became tired of eating at this place due to some issues. I won't be coming back. There are many other locations nearby that are much better to deal with. First, slow service even when there is barely anyone in the lot. Second, I ordered a supersonic double cheese burger combo and they bring me a burger with flattened sausage patties instead of actual burger meat. No veggies or anything either. I was not about to drive all the way back to this location for them to fix it. Especially, after getting home after a long day of work, you just want to enjoy your meal. Check your stuff before you leave here. This was not the first order they messed up for us.

  Today ordered a combo and the server in drive through and cook were extremely nice. Made sure my food was fresh.

  Walked up on foot and Ms Yolanda was amazing. Only waited a few minutes. And I caught them at closing. Thank You Again!

  The location in Kaufman, Texas should just go on ahead and shut down. They can’t keep workers. Most of the time they don’t want you ordering through the drive-thru. They don’t put up notices half the time to let you know this. Today we went through there and waited for five minutes in the drive-thru… Nothing. Drove around and there was one car in the parking area. No notice saying if they were open, closed, or anything else, but no one was waiting on any customers, so customers were just leaving one after the other. This is a regular thing with this particular location and it’s extremely disappointing.
