  Made a mobile order of unsweetened tea and an Oreo blast with whipped topping. At least THIS time the tea was actually unsweetened and didn’t have to pour it down the sink when I got home The Oreo blast was a different situation. There was MORE THAN over HALF of the cup FULL of whipped topping! 🙁 and what Little Blast mix I DID get ? Was WATEREY…..like melted ice cream Next time ? I WILL drive to the sonic in Crandall……it is worth driving the extra few miles to get what you ordered

  Got a Blue Coconut Cream slush at the Sonic in Eustace and it was amazing. Came to the sonic in Kaufman about an 1 hr later to get the same drink and it was absolutely disgusting. The Slush is watery doesn’t seem like it’s mixed very well and has a little bit of a chemical taste

  Stopped by Sonic and had one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. The wait for food was incredibly slow, but honestly, I can overlook that because I understand places are short staffed sometimes. What made the situation worse was the carhop having a complete breakdown while bringing out our food, saying she was the ONLY one working. I genuinely felt bad for her. Unfortunately, the real issue was finding a disgusting hair in my burger. That’s something I can’t ignore. Between the poor service, obvious lack of management, and food quality issues, it really feels like the standards at this location have dropped big time. Taking this place off my list for awhile.

  I became tired of eating at this place due to some issues. I won't be coming back. There are many other locations nearby that are much better to deal with. First, slow service even when there is barely anyone in the lot. Second, I ordered a supersonic double cheese burger combo and they bring me a burger with flattened sausage patties instead of actual burger meat. No veggies or anything either. I was not about to drive all the way back to this location for them to fix it. Especially, after getting home after a long day of work, you just want to enjoy your meal. Check your stuff before you leave here. This was not the first order they messed up for us.
