    My Grandson ordered a 20 piece bone in with voodoo fries through door dash. The entire order was wrong. Spent his entire allowance. DoorDash said it was the stores fault . The store said it was DoorDash fault. No one wanted to refund his money not to mention they sent dried on boneless chicken. You should make sure the ordered are correct especially since you don't have a problem robbing little kids!!!

    I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at this location today. I placed and paid for my order online because your system does not allow orders without prepayment. When I arrived, the order was incorrect and made as boneless wings instead of traditional wings. I politely asked if I could simply pay the price difference to correct the order. I was told no and that a refund would have to be processed instead. After waiting over 30 minutes while the cashier repeatedly attempted to contact management, no manager answered the phone. I was then told I would need to drive back another day because no one present knew how to process a refund or when a manager named Carlos or Gabriel would even be available. That is completely unacceptable. A business should not be operating if there is no management support available and employees are unable to process a basic refund transaction. Customers should not be inconvenienced, delayed, and forced to make additional trips because of internal operational failures. At this point, I want my refund processed immediately. The lack of accountability, communication, and customer service at this location was beyond unprofessional. This experience ensured I will not return to this Wingstop location again.

    Terrible Wingstop. I only go here because it’s close to my home. Customer service is terrible. A fight almost broke out while I was there. And on top of that it’s dirty inside. I wouldn’t dare eat here in the restaurant. They need a new owner to revamp this place. Probably my last time coming. I’ll just make the drive to another one.

    Man, I can’t even express how much I love this place. I felt like I was an african in paradise. The service was great — shoutout to my boy Erle, he’s the real GOAT, you feel me. Wingstop, please never stop surprising me. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m craving quality food. One suggestion: y’all should start selling watermelon and Kool-Aid!!     I left this establishment at 10:22 pm very disappointed and without placing an order. I arrived in time to place an order after a 16 hrs road trip only to be ignored by all employees besides one who specifically stated she could not take my order. She called for the lady that works the front but she never came. There were 2 gentlemen observing this while it occurred but did nothing. When I saw one of the gentlemen reprimand the young lady for calling for the cashier, I then asked him if he was the manager. He said he was and I asked if he saw what was going on why didn't he just take our order. He responded that he was off. I then said that the priority to address the young lady for trying to help me instead of you trying to help me is out of order. He pointed to the other guy that observed everything occur and said he is in charge now. I said well he could have taken my order as well. The 2nd gentleman responded to the manager, she was talking to her. What I am leaving out is that I am black, the young lady that tried to help was black (the only black), the customer that came in after me was Hispanic and the 2 managers were Hispanic. Optics mean a lot in this society. The fact that there was no urgency to assist me but the 2nd gentleman went out of his way to ask the Hispanic customer if he could help her. He approached her, and I had to ask for help. Food for thought, treat every customer with urgency and fairness. It will make your job much easier.
