- NANicole AAug 11, 20261.0Extremely Disappointing Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received today at the Wingstop on Mason Road. I called at approximately 5:59 PM and clearly spelled my name when placing my order. I also specifically requested Hot Honey Rub seasoning on BOTH the wings and fries, and my order was repeated and confirmed. When I arrived, I paid for my order and noticed my name had been entered as “N-I-C-K-H-O-L-E,” despite me clearly spelling my name over the phone. This was extremely offensive, especially because this is not the first time I have had an issue with this same employee regarding my name. I believe my name was intentionally spelled this way. When I addressed it, she rolled her eyes and said she was in a hurry. There was no apology or acknowledgment. I then realized I had not been given the cups for my drinks. When I asked for ketchup and the drink cups, she dumped the ketchup packets directly into my hands while looking away, as if I wasn't even standing there. When I asked for the cups, she completely ignored me and I never received them. I then opened the bag and discovered my fries had the wrong seasoning. I specifically ordered Hot Honey Rub. When I called her attention to the fries, she responded aggressively, “What?” She then insisted that the seasoning was what I ordered. When I clarified that I ordered Hot Honey Rub, she attempted to dump Hot Honey seasoning directly onto the already incorrectly seasoned fries. At that point, I was completely uncomfortable eating the food or taking it home to my family. I ultimately told her to keep the food and walked out. I paid for an order I never received, was repeatedly ignored, treated disrespectfully, and made to feel completely uncomfortable over a simple food order. Mistakes happen, but the attitude, dismissiveness, and complete lack of effort to correct the situation were unacceptable. This was an extremely disappointing customer service experience, and I expect management to take this seriously and address how customers are being treated at this location.
