  I've ordered here 3 times using doordash and 2/3 times I've had to call the store because they forgot to give the dasher all of my order. I recently paid over $70 for an order involving a 20 piece boneless wing and a 15 piece Bone-in wing. The sum total from the order was around $50+ and the Doordash/Online fees boosted it to $74. When the Dasher came to my house they only had one bag, which I found odd given how much I ordered, and on top of that, the bag was lite. I opened it to see that this location forgot half my order AGAIN, and that I would have to call the store. When I called, a nice (young?) Woman answered the phone and let me know that they had simply forgot to give my dasher the other bag that contained the other half of my order. When I asked what should I do about it, she told me (politely) to come pick it up myself since they don't do deliveries 🤦🏽‍♂️. Well, if I could've just gone to the restaurant, I WOULDNT HAVE SPENT AN EXTRA $20+ ON TIPPING AND ONLINE FEES!!😭😭. I tried to get a refund, but doordash declined my request🥲. I essentially paid $74.44 for a 20 piece nugget and fries 😭😭.

  I wish I could put zero stars very rude horrible service. My food is ready for 30 minutes until they told me it was ready.

  Newly opened place still need little work on the staff training (as when I requested for water cup, I was given drink cup and charged extra. When later I complained I was told no water cup exists and being a long time customer to other locations when I pressed for it then I was given the water cup as the staff had no idea where it was)and more seating tables.

  Horrible customer service. My husband called to place an order and then tried to add more food, but they told him no. I called separately to place my own order, and they refused to take mine too because we were calling from the same number. I explained that it was a completely separate order so I called him from my own number and that we were obviously going to pay for everything, but the guy was extremely rude about it and didn’t took my order. On top of all that, my husband went to pick up the only order they allowed him to place and waited about 40 minutes, and they STILL never had his order ready. When he said something about it, the employee literally told him, “It’s not that deep, bro.” Are you serious? After making a paying customer wait 40 minutes for an order you never even prepared, that’s how you speak to them? The whole situation was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. We weren’t asking for anything for free we were literally trying to GIVE them more business and pay for our food. The attitude and disrespect were ridiculous. Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had. It’s completely negligence. If a customer places and pays for an order, the bare minimum is to actually prepare and serve the food. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service at this location is unacceptable.
