  I went in around 1am and I was greeted immediately upon enter the restaurant and helped by Kourtney. I quickly noticed the bubbly spirit and cheerful demeanor. I was offered suggestions and asked about my specific needs and wants, Kourtney was very knowledgeable and skilled in what she does. I asked if she was the manager because that’s what I got from her energy and she should definitely be considered for a higher position. The restaurant was very clean, I noticed another employee but she didn’t acknowledge me. My experience overall was a great one thanks to Kourtney, I will definitely be coming back just to interact with her, she was such a joy. If I could give 10 stars I would, employees like Kourtney is what every establishment needs!!!

  Love the employee at the cash register was wesnday morning around 2:40am was super friendly and helpful with the choices she recommended something which turn out really good super friendly and nice person food didn't disappoint

  Management need to teach they worker how to handle black people if you have that much problem with blacks she needs not to be working it’s always the same rude ass girl with the glasses i thought it was just one of her days but stayed back just to see how she treat the next person well guess what all smiles wingbay has a racist and it’s sad that you have to be mindful where you eat from black people especially

  Kourtney, Kourtney, Kourtney! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kourtney truly knows how to provide exceptional customer service! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel so welcome. I was undecided about what to order, but she was incredibly patient, pleasant, and helpful. And let me tell you—the food came out fresh, hot, and absolutely fabulous! Everything was delicious, but Kourtney’s outstanding service is what really made my experience memorable. I will definitely be back, and Kourtney is a big reason why! If you’re looking for great food and friendly, welcoming customer service, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Kourtney. She truly goes above and beyond and deserves to be recognized!
