    Wings were not the greatest. They seemed like a lower quality wing than other wing places in the area. The Cajun fries were also just ok. Despite my experience, I’d recommend giving this place a try. The staff were very kind and attentive.

    We have ordered before with no issues, ordered again last night as normal via the website. Assigned to Uber, which I completely understand the store does not control. 3 drivers later, food never arrived. No way to cancel or refund. Called the store last evening and again today. Unable to refund, the system should refund my money in 3-4 days??? Asked to speak to the manager, unavailable. Asked for a call back. We shall see how this plays out...

    Placed an order online, and in store staff seemed bothered by my presence, no real interaction. Got home, and order was completely wrong. We got a wing combo & tender combo. The wings came with the wrong sauce, and the fries were undercooked. The tenders were missing the sauce, and the side. Tried calling the store 3 times, no answer, and no set up voicemail. Placed a complaint through the app, and heard nothing back. Very disappointed, had an amazing time at the Richmond location.

    Ordered from DoorDash - amazing deal for wings and great flavor! Tried Hot Honey, Bbq, Lemon Pepper, and garlic parm. Wish the garlic parm had more Garlic lol BUT flavor of all of these was great. Good ranch too. 10/10 recommend and will order again!

    I love WingBay!!!!! Very nice people so helpful and fresh to order wings! So many flavours to select! I love that it’s not to salty! The fries and crisp on outside and fluffy inside like fries are supposed to be. The blu cheese is smashing! My roommate loves their Ranch! Much better than wingstop!
