Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun.     I am beyond disappointed with the customer service at this Whataburger location. The cashier had an attitude from the moment I pulled up. She snatched my debit card out of my hand instead of taking it professionally and treated me with complete disrespect for no reason. I immediately asked to speak with the manager, Michelle is the one who snatched my debit card.. spoke to the manager hoping she would address the situation. Instead, she acted like she didn’t care at all. There was no apology, no concern, and no effort to make things right. That level of management is unacceptable. I honestly didn’t even want to eat my food after being treated that way. No customer should leave feeling disrespected just because they’re spending their money. I will be contacting Whataburger Corporate because this experience deserves to be investigated. This location needs serious customer service training and management that actually cares about its customers. I will not be returning until major changes are made.

    Note; I’m a fan of Whataburger and my review is based on it being a fast food restaurant and not a gourmet burger, location clean interior, clean exterior a little bit of a smaller footprint I would say compared to other Whataburger‘s in terms of size of parking lot, although there’s probably about six benches and over a dozen tables and another five benches that share shares the other side you can see my pictures for an understanding. Staff was friendly and this one’s open 24-7.

    I had a very frustrating experience at this Whataburger location. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was told to pull forward and that someone would come take my order. There were two employees outside. One walked right past my vehicle to go talk to the other employee, who was taking an order from another car. After that order was finished, instead of helping me, both employees stood around talking while one of them eventually sat down and did nothing. I ended up having to yell from about 20 feet away to ask if someone could take my order. Only then did the employee who had been helping the other car come over to my window, while the other employee continued to sit there. The lack of attention and customer service was disappointing. Being completely ignored while employees stand around talking is unacceptable. Management should address this and ensure customers are helped in a timely manner.
