  hello 👋🏼 i just want to say thank for mine food was amazing i ask for everything fresh and manager Blanca was very helpful she , just tell me will be 10 minutes wait , and for me was no problem since mine order was total 79.34 the order # 590733 i really appreciate her help and cashier pricilla both were very kind and friendly.. thank again whataburger

  Slowest Whataburger I've ever been to. The person who took ny order was friendly and quick, but apparently she was the only one who has any hustle. Sat at the window waiting to pay and get my drink for 10 minutes, then was asked to pull forward to wait. Sat there for another 10 minutes before being asked to wait in the curbside spots. Sat at curbside for another 15 minutes before finally getting my food. All I ordered was a plain #2 combo, took over half an hour, and I had 5 cars behind me get in and out first. Granted this was around midnight, but are ya'll really so unprepared a single burger and some fries take that long? After all that, I go back tonight after work, and I had ordered ahead this time by using the app since last time took so long. I get there about 20 minutes after placing my order, do the whole curbside thing, and it still takes ANOTHER 20 MINUTES. Ya'll desperately need to hire better night staff and actually be prepared. I understand ya'll make stuff to order, especially at night when it's slow, but why does it take 3-4 times longer than during the day?

  I’m not fan a burger but whenever I craving for a burger this is the place I go I order by mistake the wrong burger and I was upset 😠 whenever I received but , I talk to a manager name Blanca and she fixed for me she was friendly and very kindly and doesn’t take to long to help me and give mine jalapeño burger faster I really appreciate she was patient.. and nice wen was a mime mistake and cashier Mariana both were very sweet thank

  Bro, 15+ minutes for one combo meal is ridiculous. I came in for an Uber Eats pickup, and we're not talking about some massive order feeding a family of eight. Literally one meal for one person. ONE MEAL! I stood there waiting while three different employees asked me who I was picking up for. Three people. Gave them the name, and somehow not one of them actually helped get the order out. Meanwhile, I'm watching cars pull into the drive-thru after I arrived, get their food, and leave before my one combo meal is ready. So I guess if you're in the drive-thru, there's some urgency, but if you're standing inside or picking up a delivery order, bro, you're on your own. After more than 15 minutes, I said screw it, canceled the order, and kept it moving. I could've been halfway through another delivery instead of standing around watching three employees repeatedly ask me the same question and accomplish nothing. Fast food is supposed to be fast. One combo meal should not turn into a waiting-room experience. Do better, bro.
