  Listen, Whataburger is my spot for yrs n I can tell you every location does good, dependable work! Now personally I have switched up on my friends at Whataburger bc I no longer eat meat, but I sub hashbrowns for Meat on my burgers with no trouble! I am just appealing to the top brass to give us more plant-based/vegan options! Other than that, Whataburger is the standard for all Burger joints, let there be no mistake abt it!!!!

  I ordered curbside online because I work across the street and just wanted to swoop in really fast to get my food, but my order was canceled without me being told why. I sat in a parking space for about 30 minutes until my lunch break was over, so I had to go inside to figure out what was going on. The manager treated me with such great disrespect, as if I were looking for a free meal, but I was not because I had already paid for it. I had to wait even longer and was treated like trash, despite being a paying customer who should have already been gone with my food. They did not care, and then the manager snapped at me when I checked to see if the food was ready because an earlier employee had just handed me food without checking the invoice or anything. I am done and will not be going back there anymore; I just think the situation could have been handled better. Nobody did anything wrong, but it seemed like I was the one at fault when all I wanted was the food I had already paid for. Just absolutely abysmal conduct and comportment from the manager there.

  ATTENTION ALL MANAGERS & GM, My food was old, hard and i had to wait 15 minutes within the drive thru, there were no cars in front of me... I had to throw everything that I just bought this morning after making it to work and was about to eat my breakfast because it wasn't made fresh with my biscuit or hashbrown etc, it was just nasty due to being so old and a waste of money, PLEASE do better.

  The most horrid wait time experiences. Put an order for curbside and im stuck sitting there for like 30 mins because the staff prioritize the drive thru over anyone else. If you love wasting your time and sitting in your car watching YouTube videos instead of eating food, then this is the place. Been coming here for years but the service has started to lost its charm. Its becoming more glaring noticeable that they dont care anymore to actually be 'Fast Food' and its disappointing. The time waste is awful and they either need more staff, or better management.

  I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I spent nearly 20 minutes in the drive-thru line just to place a small burger order. When I finally reached the speaker around 8:20 PM, the employee (Maria or Blanca) taking my order was extremely rude and impatient. I was trying to explain that I didn’t want salt on my fries and that I also wanted a cookie, but she repeatedly interrupted me and said, “Hold on, hold on, hold on. Can you hold on?” in a very harsh and unpleasant tone. After waiting nearly 20 minutes in line, the last thing I expected was to be treated this way when simply trying to place an order. Customer service should be respectful and patient, especially when customers have already spent that much time waiting. I believe the employee may have been Maria Tamayo or possibly Blanca, but I’m not completely certain which one took my order. Either way, the interaction was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. The wait time and especially the attitude of the staff made the experience not worth it.
