Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
I am beyond frustrated with my experience tonight. We waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes just to get our food. What made it worse was watching several cars who ordered long after us receive their bags and pull away while we just sat there.
When I finally went inside to figure out what was going on, I found the cashier completely distracted, openly flirting with a group of guys instead of working. When I finally managed to get her attention to inquire about my order, she just handed it to me—it had clearly been sitting there while she was socializing.
To top it off, when I asked to speak with a manager to report the delay and the lack of professionalism, I was told there wasn't a manager on duty. Absolutely ridiculous. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Got there to pick up my order. The lady looks at me several times standing at the counter and never comes to tend to me. Finally someone else comes out of the bathroom and tends to me. They go check the order and never come back. After waiting 20 minutes they tell me they’re waiting for an apple pie and that it’ll be another 7 minutes. I ask the lady why it took so long to realize she needed an apple pie to be made when she had taken care of atleast 8 customers got them in and out and still had not made the pie. She gets mad and tells me I’m not the only one with orders. Whoever the lady is that worked night shift, 12am on 4/29 needs to be fired. Absolutely no prep. No customer service skills. Rude. Doesn’t take care of the customer and just doesn’t know how to run a restaurant. Thai was my worst experience ever.

Placed an order on the app for curbside pickup. When I got home realized my order was incomplete so I decided to call the restaurant and Blanca was very rude and disrespectful. When I asked for her name she decided to have side conversations and hang up the phone. I called back to find out her name and afterward she starts blowing up my phone. This is not the first time incidents like these happen under Blanca’s management- A week or so ago I didn’t receive my shake . Disappointing that my closest location constantly lets you down.

Every single time my family comes here, they miss something in my order. Just left here, ordered breakfast they weren’t sure how to make my burrito so they just didn’t make it. Didn’t say anything just gave me my order without it. So I give you money and you get to just keep it? Went inside took them 15 mins to make a burrito I ordered now 30 mins ago. I love Whataburger but this location is horrible and has been for months.
