  While Whataburger's classic quality and tasty food is definitely present here, their staff can't listen for shit. Two different times I have been here in the past week. The first time, they didn't bother to mix my shake all the way and I had asked for mustard instead of mayonnaise and got mayonnaise instead of mustard. Today, I visited and clearly asked for onion rings instead of fries and not only got charged for two different sizes of fries but also completely ignored my request for onion rings. While the manager was quick to make and bring me out an order of onion rings I feel like this level of incompetence should not be allowed. Also, they never give me my receipt after I pay for my meal so I can't do the survey on the website to tell the management above them exactly what ineptitude is taking place here. If there was a closer Whataburger to my apartment on my way home, I would eat there

  Kamron and the rest of the staff at this location are always so nice and efficient, they always ask me how I’m doing and I have never had any issues here and I order here frequently. The food is always fast and fresh!!:)

  Brought my order out in an orderly fashion (faster than I expected for lunch rush). And Ismat was so sweet and made sure I had everything I needed before she left my side at curbside. Never had an issue at this location!

  This particular location is the absolute BEST! The food is always fresh and tasty and they always get my order right! The employees are well trained and always nice! I stop in every single day and have grown to know a lot of them, especially the morning crew! Management is wonderful! Natasha and Kamrun are super nice! I consider this Whataburger my “home away from home”!!!

  this food is so good, but come on whataburger. why are yall so slow? their has been so many employees that pass by us and don't even turn their heads to us, as we are waiting for someone to take our order. i ordered online thinking it would be faster, but my fiance and friend got their food 20 min before i did. as well as other people that came in before me. this place is absolutely horrible too. the atmosphere is not pleasing too. grounds are sticky and they lie about everything
