  For the record, I am strictly a vegetarian. I specifically ordered "swap any meat with BLACK beans". I get home, start eating the crunchy wrap. At first it's BROWN beans, and then it just randomly turns into BEEF.

  This is our go to Taco Bell. Ehen my son's come home from college, there is at least one meal from this Taco Bell. Apparently, this Taco Bell is better than the ones that are located close to their college campuses. The typical order is a Box with a Baja Blast.

  I do my best to make sure I don’t go to restaurants too close to when they are about to close, but unexpected situations happen. I was under the impression that this location closed at 2 AM but according to google they close at 4 AM. That makes my experience 100 times more unacceptable. I repeated my order three times and he still didn’t get it right by the time I got to the window and asked him to repeat my order. We corrected it at the window. I received my food and I quickly looked in the bag to make sure everything I asked for was in the bag. While checking my food, I did notice that my food was kind of cold but again I was under the impression that they close at 2 AM. It was about 1:45 AM and I have a air fryer at home so I decided to bring my cold food, that I paid real money for, home and just reheat it since it’s so late. You can imagine my surprise once I reheat my food take a bite. There is a mountain of sour cream! I specifically asked for no sour cream and no tomatoes. So I didn’t get what I asked for and what was given to me was cold. When I called the location and offered to come back in this moment (writing this in REAL TIME), the manager on duty told me to come back in the morning and they would remake it for me. I don’t want Taco Bell for breakfast, I want Taco Bell right now. He didn’t even let me know that they were open and I could bring my food back now. I want a full refund and I will be there bright and early in the morning.
