  Extremely disappointed with the service at Taco Bell. The staff seemed completely uninterested, the order took forever, and when I finally received my food, it was cold and missing items. On top of that, the restaurant was dirty and poorly maintained. Customer service was unprofessional and nobody seemed willing to fix the issue. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I’ll think twice before coming back.

  I’m currently recovering from the food poisoning I received from eating at this location. I’ve contacted the Taco Bell corporate complaint department. I suggest other victims do the same as the issues with this location are ongoing and have gotten worse. Next will be the County Health Department.

  My husband and I pulled in and all of the workers were in the parking lot with two of them wearing boxing gloves and fighting while others were recording on their phones. Once they saw us pull in, they all started running inside. Didn’t even order. We left immediately.

  I do my best to make sure I don’t go to restaurants too close to when they are about to close, but unexpected situations happen. I arrived at this location at 1:30 AM and was put on hold for eight minutes, mind you there was only one car in front of me when I got there so I don’t know what was the hold up at this hour of the night. I repeated my order three times and he still didn’t get it right by the time I got to the window and asked him to repeat my order. When I got to the window I did notice a pretty thick accent so I was a little bit understanding as to why he wasn’t ringing my order up correctly so we just corrected it at the window. (#1 2 beef chalupas, doritos loco crunchy taco NO sour cream, NO tomato on anything) I received my food and I quickly looked in the bag to make sure my items were in the bag. I didn’t check each taco individually and that’s exactly where I messed up at. While checking my food, I did notice that my food was kind of cold but again I was under the impression that they close at 2 AM. It was about 1:50 AM and I have a air fryer at home so I decided to bring my cold food, that I paid real money for, home and just reheat it since it’s so late. You can imagine my surprise once I reheat my food & take a bite. There is a mountain of sour cream! I specifically asked for no sour cream and no tomatoes. So I didn’t get what I asked for and what was given to me was cold. When I called the location and offered to come back in this moment (writing this in REAL TIME), the manager on duty told me to come back in the morning and they would remake it for me. I don’t want Taco Bell for breakfast, I want Taco Bell right now. I want a full refund and I will be there bright and early in the morning.

  mediocre staff, my food was served cold and for the life of me I don’t understand the point in wearing gloves if you’re going to touch everything from the cash register, cash, the window, and food? I guess the gloves are to protect their hands and not keep a clean environment
