On Saturday evening around 8 headed in to pick up an order that i was really super late on…although they seemed short staffed on waiting on lobby customers (5 folks seemed to have been waiting a while) the young lady who came out to speed things along was courteous and friendly and tried to help people quickly. They seemed like they were having issues with some of their fountain drink choices and out of some entree food items as well. But courtesy goes a long way and they remade my order which was very kind. After the order was resubmitted it did come out in a reasonable time and food was good and well prepared with the custom upgrades as requested.👍😁 The dining room & bathroom were pretty clean, but fountain drink area was needing some attention. Today’s visit I give them a mid range score because of the delay taking orders, but usually my experience has been better / faster. But food & customer service was good once they got rolling. Would try again, based on previous experiences.

She didn't have the sense to wait until I was done. No sense of urgency or manners. Taco Bell needs to do a better job of training people. Common sense doesn't seem to be common anymore.
