  What the heck happened to this place? I came in on a Wednesday at lunch time, the place was empty and the atmosphere was dim and depressing. The 2 servers that were "working" seem extra disorganized and spoke very little English. I waited quite a while for my order. The food items were very sad looking, wilted and soggy, the cold cuts tasted of cheap quality and not sure about the freshness. They were nice but the service as well as quality was below par. Sadly I will not be returning.

  Never coming here again. The lady had such an attitude and refused to even try to speak English. I asked for a "6 inch black forest ham sandwich" and her response was "¿Qué tipo de pan?". Then she smooshed my sandwich because she felt there was a need to tie the bag and then press the air out of it. What a disappointment, I only ate half the thing.

  Went to this subway with my family last night 03/18/2016. We got our sandwiches and went to katy Mills Mall. About an hour after eating I became extremely ill. On the drive home i had to pull over and vomit. I ended up having to let my wife drive because i physically couldnt. Once home I tried to rest and drink some water, but became so ill, that i was vomiting every hour and could not sleep. This proceeded to happen to my entire family. After going to the doctor, because we were all so ill, we find out that we all have a severe cause of food poisoning. We all had chicken breast subs, and we KNOW this is what caused it. This facility is obviously unclean, and not keeping there food in regulatory standards as prevent things like this. Terrible, and will probably never eat subway again, ANYWHERE, due to my experience here.
