  The sonic on fry rd and west little York they need to fix up this place and care what it looks like the food is good but the wait times are long , friendly people like c today they only took credit and apple pay no cash... who doesn't take cash

  All 4 employees at 8:30 today 6/4/26 should be fired nobody took my order and pretended I wasn’t there in the drive thru I pulled up to the window and saw everyone on their phones lazy a people will never come again

  I just had the worst customer service experience at this store; it took me about 25 minutes just to pick up an order. No one answered when I pressed the red button, so I decided to go to the window to retrieve my item. The cashier on duty didn't even look me in the face when I spoke to her—she wasn't even listening. Finally, she responded rudely, telling me that in order to be served, I had to use the red button. This was definitely THE WORST SERVICE I have ever received at one of these stores. THEY SHOULD FIRE THAT CASHIER IMMEDIATELY, as she treated every single customer who came through just as poorly.
