  Will never go to this location again.. 10:15pm 8-11-26 The service was terrible and the guy at the window was very rude and talking under his breath at us.. Wish I had looked at the reviews before visiting it would have saved a lot of time and money.. It's pretty clear the only good reviews this place has received are written by friends or family of the employees.. I am surprised this place is still in business based off the reviews..

  I came to this location this evening with my boyfriend, and unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. We initially went to the stall to place our order. When we were ready, we pressed the red button, and the gentleman who answered rudely told us to come to the drive-thru. That interaction alone was a complete turn-off. We went to the drive-thru, placed our order, and waited. The vehicle in front of us was there for quite some time. We were getting ready to back up and leave because, at that point, I just wanted to leave. The worker noticed and came outside with our slushes and took our payment. He later returned with the receipt and our change, but even the full change wasn't returned. It was only 12 cents, but that's not the point. As he walked back toward the door, he was also mumbling unnecessary comments. The gentleman was extremely rude to my boyfriend, and the overall customer service was unacceptable. I understand it was 10:25 PM and closing time was 11 PM, but that is still no excuse to treat customers this way. Please speak with this employee about proper customer service. Customers should be treated with respect regardless of the time of night. After this experience, we will no longer be coming to this location.

  Had me just sitting there after I kept pressing the button not taking my order so I left 0/10 staff is rude also
