  I just got home from this Sonic location, and unfortunately this was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had. It’s very clear that this location is poorly managed. I ordered a #3 for my daughter, drinks, and an order of tots with cheese. We were told they only had small and Route 44 drinks available and no drink holders at all. Once we got home, the tots were a complete waste. They tasted old, stale, and extremely oily. I could only eat one or two before giving up because they were so hard and overcooked. Even the cheese tasted rubbery and old. I really hope management steps in and addresses the issues with the team working there, because the quality and overall experience were very disappointing.

  I never had a problem getting our milkshakes at this Sonic Drive Thru. I also ordered French Vanilla Iced Coffee and it tastes like regular coffee. I didn’t like it.

  I came to get a quick bite to eat while in the area, and soon after I left, I grabbed my bag to get my chicken sandwich and there was small condiment clear cup with weed in there? I quickly went back and a guy name Robert was rude when I told him about it, shockingly .. He was balding at the top, with no hat on (out of work uniform ) and had a “oh well, sorry.” I got a refund and will not be back, and encourage others. It seems there is illegal activity going on here.

  Most of the time the customer service is bad but the drinks are ALWAYS bad. From strawberry lemonade to a dirty Dr Pepper I’m not sure if it’s the machine or what. Also this was suppose to be the all American smasher. Now I know The difference between the food they show on TV versus the food you actually receive, but I think this is the worst I’ve ever seen. It has nothing on it but cheese, a little bit of onion and sauce.
