The cashier was quite rude and impatient, and didn’t seem willing to help at all — it felt like I was bothering her. In situations like that, you at least expect some basic politeness and a willingness to assist, especially when a customer has questions. That said, your burgers are actually great — really вкусные and juicy, no complaints there. It’s just disappointing that the service takes away from the overall experience. I hope you’ll pay attention to staff training, because your food deserves better service.
