- JBJim BruzzeseJul 15, 20262.0I don't know how Rudy's fell so far in value and quality but it sits fairly near the bottom of BBQ places you could choose from in the area. On this (hopefully my last) visit I ordered baby back ribs and creamed corn. The $15 for three ribs were served cooler than room temperature and the corn (traditionally the highlight) was far off the mark and tastes old and improperly cooked. There are plenty of mediocre BBQ places near here and any of them would be a better choice.

Yesterday being a holiday and every year that I come, the line is usually out into the parking lot and to beat the heat and the rush this year I pre-ordered. I ordered 3 pounds of pork ribs. They were amazing and I ordered 3 pounds of moist brisket because their moist brisket its really good too but unfortunately out of the 3 pounds of brisket maybe a half a pound was moist brisket and The rest was regular brisket And there is a difference in price so I was really disappointed because I ordered it for a gathering on yesterday The few times I called they were busy rightfully so No one was able to pick up, however I was in the midst of a party and couldn't continue to wait for someone to pick up. Moving forward I probably will always stand in line as you can see the cut of the meat before you pay, but I was extremely disappointed that majority of the brisket we received was not the moist brisket that I ordered especially for the price however, customer service is always good and the pick up experience was smooth, but I'm gonna have to give a two just for yesterday based on not receiving the right cut of meat. I will be back. I'll just stand in line.
