  We had a great experience at Rainforest Cafe! Our waitress, Fey, was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Her food recommendations were spot-on, and the food was actually really good! She made our visit even more enjoyable. Definitely ask for Fey if you visit—you won’t be disappointed!

  Toni was so awesome and great with the kids, we had questions and she gave us the answers and also suggested great recommendations and even asked us how our food tastes and told her this pork chop is so good she may want to get one herself , will be back just for her, Toni Toni Toni

  The atmosphere was great. The waitress was ok..The food was good for the most part,,,(had to ask for utensils 🤦🏾‍♀️)We ordered 3 adult beverages, one was excellent, the other 2 tasted like flavored water🤦🏾‍♀️.. We informed the waitress and she said "Sorry about that". I asked for a manager and informed him and asked that the drinks be removed and he complied. When You Know Better, You Do Better 🤷🏾‍♀️

  Worse customer service ever, 5 hosts and none of them knew what they were doing , they couldn't seat a 3 top table , poor employee training , they had us waiting 20 min without any communication whatsoever and they still didn't find a server , they didn't had a waiting list or they didn't put us on one try to seat us on a table with the server already cut so nobody was going to the table , at the end we decided to leave.

  I had one of the worst experiences on my cousins birthday. This was her first visit and ours returning after a long time. We asked the hostess what they did for birthdays and she said they offer a complimentary dessert. She mentioned this volcano 🌋 they do. We thought that sounded so cool! And we were having an okay dining experience, I do wish we were checked on more and we also didn’t know they closed at 8, our reservation was for 7:30 and we didn’t get greeted until about 7:40 for drinks. For ordering, 7:58. We felt rushed. Because we were still learning the menu. Food was okay but my mom’s food had very little toppings for her tacos. We asked for extra fixing and she didn’t bring it in its entirety. The server asked us if we wanted the volcano for the dessert to which we said yes? She asked again after we finished eating, which we thought was confusing, but assumed it was because they’re closing. We said yes, the birthday dessert? She said yeah. Fast forward, the cake comes and it’s awesome. They sang happy birthday. Then she brings the bill a little after. Oddly enough, the complimentary dessert wasn’t taken off I got up in private and asked my server about it and she said “ I asked you 3 times if you wanted the volcano. That ain’t free “ which, how am I supposed to know?! No one told us otherwise. In fact, we were told the opposite. She said she would have gotten a free cupcake or something just for her for her birthday. Again, I don’t know any of this. Returning customers after a while and my cousins FIRST time. So I ask to talk to the manager to clear things up, and he was so dismissive. He told me that that any dessert you’re expected to pay for, correct? I said even on your birthday? He said absolutely. He seemed so bothered by my assumption but it was based on what I was told?! I’m not looking for a hand out. It’s the principle at this point. He’s like, I can take it away if you don’t want it. If you didn’t already eat it. Obviously she’s eating it. It’s her birthday. She doesn’t know what is going on. I walked away and explained it to my mom who was also with me when the hostess told us that and she asked to speak with Robert the MGR again, same tone, and he said the hostess was nobody, she shouldn’t be telling anyone anything and the server shouldn’t have to clear anything up. I was floored by the entire situation and it was a horrible way to end her night. I never want to return again. Their staff gave us looks while we were trying to pay out. We felt totally judged and offended. It was awful. And I wish we never brought my cousin to celebrate there.
