  The food was delicious! 😋 Everything came out hot, fresh, and quickly. My party and I ordered the Maya’s Chicken & Shrimp Skillet and the Beef Nachos, and both dishes were amazing. Ally's service was exceptional. Since it was our first time visiting, she took the time to explain the most popular menu items and recommend dishes she thought we would enjoy, like the Classic Bacon Burger and Maya’s Chicken. We ended up ordering the Beef Layer Nachos and Maya's Chicken and Shrimp and absolutely loved it. Her patience, attention to detail, and friendliness truly stood out. I mentioned wanting nachos but trying to avoid “big back activities” 😂 because the regular portion was huge, and she thoughtfully suggested coming during Happy Hour (Monday–Friday, 3–6 PM), where they offer lower prices and a half portion of the nachos — exactly what I was looking for. Overall, great food and even better customer service. We will definitely be back! Thanks Ally!!!!

  I had such a great experience at Rainforest Cafe! The food was absolutely delicious—everything we ordered was flavorful and satisfying. The staff who took care of us were amazing, very friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome the entire time. What really made the visit special was the jungle ambiance. The whole place feels like a fun, immersive rainforest, which makes dining there so unique and enjoyable. It’s a perfect spot if you want good food and a cool atmosphere all in one. Definitely coming back! 🌿🍽️✨

  Came a not busy weekday for dinner, We still wait almost half an hour to wait our first appetizer, no water refill entire of the time. Asking everything needs to wait forever. All the dishes came very slow and not hot, no service at all. Celebrating for kids birthday and had a not good experience. We went to other location to celebrate birthday and have free dessert, but they charged with no notice The most disappointing thing is no service ! Not recommended

  I drove an hour out of my way to visit this fine institution. I haven’t been to one of these restaurants since I was a child. Full of excitement, and of age to drink, I walked in with light in my eyes. The nostalgia mixed with a fantastic staff brought me hope in a world where sometimes it’s hard to find. QUEEN was the best bartender I’ve ever had. And jasmine helped me find the perfect souvenirs for my niece and nephew. I’ll be back every year on my annual cross country pilgrimage. Thank you for keeping the spirit of the rainforest (cafe) alive.

  I have never had such an awful experience in my life, and I’m glad I decided to try it out before booking my kids’ birthday party there. We had to wait an hour just for the food, and while I understand that restaurants can get busy and delays happen, the burger I ordered had hair in it. We complained to the manager, but there was no apology and nothing was done to fix the situation. We left immediately. I will never come back and will definitely let my friends know. My only regret is that I didn’t take a picture of the burger. Lesson learned.
