  Fix your A/C!! The kids in there working have such great attitudes and are working hard. However they are suffering in the heat, the owner needs to take care of them pronto! Update 8-26-26 still no ac for the kids. Is this part coming from Antarctica?

  I walked in expecting to get a pizza, but I was honestly shocked by the conditions inside. It was extremely hot, and I was told by an employee that the AC has been broken and that they’ve been telling management about it for months, but nothing has been done. The employee also said they kept having a manager who apparently doesn’t know how to fix the issue try to handle it, even though the problem clearly wasn’t being resolved. What concerned me even more was what the employees told me about a gas leak that reportedly happened about four days ago. According to them, they could smell gas, but management still had them attempting to go inside and cook pizzas. They said they weren’t allowed to call 911 right away and only ended up doing so after the smell became worse. Employees were reportedly brought back just two days later. Even with the extreme heat, employees were still apparently being expected to clean and continue working. It was so hot that the workers were sweating, which is completely unacceptable in a place where food is being prepared. Nobody should have to work in those conditions, and customers definitely shouldn’t have to wonder whether the food is being prepared in a safe environment. This is much bigger than just bad customer service or a bad pizza. Management needs to take the employees’ safety seriously, properly fix the AC, address any potential gas or building-safety issues, and stop putting employees in unsafe working conditions. I really hope someone higher up actually listens to these workers.

  The store says it opens at 10. I placed my order online and when it was ready at 10:45 ish the door dasher stated the doors were locked. I called and asked if the online hours were accurate and Ileana told me yes, I stated I had a door dasher that was there to pick up the ready order and she stated we are not open yet. We went back and forth on if you state you are open at 10 then you are open at 10 and at 10:55 when the door dasher finally text us to let us know they would not give them the order you should be open. Pizza Hut then cancelled our order I am assuming bc I was arguing with her that it didn’t make sense you would take orders and have them ready for when you are “not” open. You need to update your hours to reflect 11:00 if that’s the time you open your doors and not tell customers you open at 10:00 then have our food waiting to be picked up and we can’t even pick it up.
