  The crust was not flavorful it taste rubbery and my wings were cold. They actually remade my food and it still was disgusting. I just went up to the store and got a refund

  Hello, I am very disappointed with my order. The marinara dipping sauce appears to have mold in it. This is unacceptable and poses a serious food safety concern. I have attached a photo for reference. I would like a full refund for the sauce (or my order) and would appreciate an explanation of how this happened. I hope you will investigate this issue to ensure it does not happen to other customers. Thank you.

  I can’t rate the food because it was never delivered and the manager said his driver was leaving for the night and I couldn’t get a refund and I would have to wait until the next day and he would make it over!!! I called a hour and a half later and he was so rude disrespectful and very unprofessional! Hung up in my face and stopped answering the phone!!! Who does this company have in these positions?

  Our order was over an hour and a half late, called several times to try to cancel the order before it got here but no answer from the store until after I sent the pizza back. When I told the driver I was not accepting it he threw his hands up at me being extremely rude and tossed the pizza bag in the back seat of his car and drove off..
