  The only reason I order from this location is because is convenient, but more than half the time there's an issue! Yesterday I went in to pick up my order before heading to work. I was the only one in the store, the employees seen me come in! No one greeted me. After standing there for 5 minutes one of the staff member finally acknowledged me and said give me one minute as she proceeded to fry and sauce chicken wings. I started to get frustrated and rang the bell multiple times and asked her to give me my order and then when I checked it the boneless wings were the size of a nickel. The staff here lack customer service & professionalism and the quality of the food was very disappointing. This will be the last time I patronize at this location, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
